he was over run by parasites try and feed your Oranda's Garlic oil tablets cut 1 or 2 open at least once a week put it on there food sit for an hour to soak in and feed them it makes there immune system much stronger

Princemanagement that shouuld be suitable if you do enough water changes goldfish are messy! even 40 liters can be okay but make sure nitrates to blow out of poportion

How old are your red cap orandas?

I have a red cap oranda except it isnt fat like yours and its red cap (wen) is only raised about 3 mm. Still noticable but not as much as yours?
