Arma 2 on the other hand is a realistic combat simulator, which does indeed require inteligence

Hey I played it on a standard dual core desktop with a normal graphics card. The frame rate I get is pretty crappy, but it is playable enough. You can customize all the graphic settings in the game and tweak it to your pc performance.
