Really...There are 1000's of clips on the net from martial art seminars. If I like a guy's technique, I'll buy his product. I can clearly see the difference between a "teaser clip" and a DVD clip.

The douche bag is basically placing you heel/foot on the throat as you go for an armbar.

I was kinda being over the top in my post but yes, it works great. With Eddie's set up for arm bars, he always uses one arm to control the opponents closes leg. This means it's hard to break their grip. So....a leg to the throat (the douche bag) is the solution. Double douche bag is when one foot isnt working so you take your other foot and apply more pressure to the foot thats on the throat.

Banana split is a great move, but it seems like theres a couple seconds your neck is exposed from side mount. From butterfly guard it is simply awesome

1 because the transition would be much quicker and 2 his left arm is in the way and you would not get enough leverage
