  • This is the most painful movie I have ever seen. This is a great movie! However, how am I supposed to feel? Angry? Sad? Beba and Dora are hurting and it makes me hurt. I can empathize with Dora, who in the right mind treats other people like Beba treats Dora? This in turn gets me angry! I understand that Beba has her own problems, but she runs away from them rather than be real and confront them. This is a Argentine and Spanish movie, but Beba ain't far from a "real housewife" from Bravo.

  • Norma Aleandro was such a treat to watch as Baba Pujol.

Norma Argentina was amazing in this movie as well. She was able to convey; masterfully I might add; the dignity with which mocamas not only do their job, but live their lives. I think credit is due to the director as well.

Simply put, this movie is a gem. Watch it.

  • loved this movie. so real!

  • I give this a B, pretty good for a dvd rental, if you cant wait like me, you can watch it on my website, see my profile

  • does anyone know the name of the SECOND song playing at the end of the trailer? or at least the lyrics in the native tongue so i can cross reference them online and buy/download?

  • "como te extrano mi amor" is the name of the song. The first version is the original by Leo Dan, the second one is a cover by Cafe Tacuba.
