Drain tuna .. Put tuna in bowl .. Mix with a lil tabasco and crushed red pepper.. Eat in sandwich

lol now i feel hungry, i knew i shouldn't haved watched this video, just thought i would add my suggestion, i tend to fry the tuna slightly in olive oil with a bit of chilly, well the tuna we get here in the UK is in "Brine" it tastes a bit raw?
