man, i might regret saying this, but...

you suck in a helicopter. try shooting in first person view and aim at the bike to where its at the center of the screen, and shoot. but in TLAD make sure to put a bit of lead on it. it helps a lot more then flying in 3rd person and shooting random.

not to mention, there is a noobish way to finish this (i think) but just ram the biker with your heli. it might work.
