This malay woman basically took advantage of the confusion during the war and the child's parents internment as POWs to abduct the child. Dreadful person, marrying her off so young. She should have gone to prison.
Look, the malay reaction to this case is simply embarassing and infantile. This woman had no right to convert the child to her religion, and then keep her from her natural parents. You can't abduct a child just because you believe your religion is superior. I know it's an unpopular view in S.E. Asia, but that is what is true.

The latest thing that i knew was she was living in us now. And she was nt sentenced for trying to kill her husband is because of her history. which is during that time when she was forced to be sent back to her real mother. She felt depressed and that feeling is still with her till now. Which led her trying to murder her husband.
