  • real old time strongmen didn't need this trick and they'd get booed off the stage if they pulled it., since it was so obvious. What they usually did was bake the phonebooks in a low oven for a couple of days and flatten them out with boards and weight. the baked 'books were incredibly easy to rip apart

  • i did this with a very large one didnt count the pages i worked it(im only 14) and i finnaly got it i was doing it rong so i tryed again and did it now my hands cant even lift 8lbs lol thats how week i am after that.
