Making Dua TO WaliUllah is not the same as making Dua TO ALLAH BY the Waseelah of WaliUllah. Tawassul is allowed by most scholars, but this is neither Tawassul nor Waseela, this is making Dua to the Wali, NAUZUBILLAH.

If you claim they are, then give evidence of Barelvi beliefs (asking from Wali who have paased away to fulfil needs, the belief that RasulAllah (SAW) is Noor, is hazar nazar and mukhtayaray kul etc) being followed by Muslims who are Arabic, African, Malaysian etc. In fact, outside of the Indian Subcontinent, you'll mainly find Barelvi beliefs amongst Barelvis who are originally from the Indian Subcontinent!!

He can go from his grave to other places where he likes spiritually. He prays for us.
"O Prophet! [May Allah bless him and grant him peace] no doubt, We have sent you as a witness, bearer of glad tiding and a Warner"
[Surah Al-Ahzab, verse 45.]
The Qur’an refers to RasoolAllah [May Allah bless him and grant him peace] as ‘Shahid’(witness) and the witness is someone who sees whilst being present. [Mufradaat, Imam Raghib, under the word Shahid]

However, with our Prophet [May Allah bless him and grant him peace], he is presented with the actionsof the all humans and the Jins......
One day the Prophet went out and offered the funeral prayers of the martyrs of Uhud and then went up the pulpit and said, "I will pave the way for you as your predecessor and will be a witness on you. By Allah! I see my Fount (Kauthar) just now and I have been given the keys of all the treasures of the earth (or the keys of the earth). By Allah! I am not afraid that you will worship others along with Allah after my death, continues..........

Why i m saying gustaakh because i heared speeches of Deobandi and Ahala hadith molvees such as Zakir Naik, Doctor Israr,Molvi Gulham ullah(late). In a speech Zakir Naiiak was saying that asking anything from prophet is haram and he added in is foolish speech that "Muhammad (Salal o alaiwaslam) ko Manana Haram ha" you can listen this in youtube. Molvi Gulham ullah has made lot of Gustakhis aswell. So those who follow these Mullas i use this language.

Why i m saying gustaakh because i heared speeches of Deobandi and Ahala hadith molvees such as Zakir Naik, Doctor Israr,Molvi Gulham ullah(late). In a speech Zakir Naiiak was saying that asking anything from prophet is haram and he added in is foolish speech that "Muhammad (Salal o alaiwaslam) ko Manana Haram ha" you can listen this in youtube. Molvi Gulham ullah has made lot of Gustakhis aswell. So those who follow these Mullas i use this language.
