Hi , i am mechatronics student and i am going to make segway for my graduation project so i want to ask you how much time did you take to make this segway

did you use accelerometer why and why not

what type of gyroscope did you use

why you did not make your segway balanced before you turn it on

how the hell did u manage to make it with just one gyro !! ?? what did you do about the problem of gyro drift??

it remind me of the segway i made. that one was like a mad dog, never stopped moving. i fell off three times (hmm strange this isn't supposed to happen when u r on a segway) it failed because of nasty electronics . i am not good at it . my circuits usually end up in fire works (and lots of smoke) some one else made the circuit 4 me and God knows what he did.

u have done a nice job and ur circuit seems to be working fine(no smoke and fire works)

Segway spent 0,1 bilion dollars on developing their scooter :) I guess that most of that money went into quiet gearing and moving from wood to metal-plastic :)
