  • des motherfucker dnt know about akhtar, lee , tait and many more.....they dnt evn hav idea of various pitches...techniques..........loosers...promoting stupid game .......boaring.......

  • BTW Reynolds hit about 80% of those balls on the tail of the bat which means he was caught every time, so don't put the Indian down saying he fouled most shots and spare Reynolds.

  • U Americans are ridiculous. No you don't take your eye off the ball. You can in this case because the bowler was bowling with no real run up, bowling almost as fast as throwing underarm and there was no swing or seam, which means the ball didn't move. All these sports science movies are so biased. You watch the ball all the way on to the bat. Please stop embarrasing urselves by pretending u understand cricket. Americans will never understand it.

  • @matthewosterloh I know, I'm getting more and more annoyed each time I watch one.

  • fuck this is so dumb

  • bowlers can deliver 90 mph? I dont see 90 mph for cricket! All is see is an amatuer cricketer delivering 45 mph. where are the pros of cricket. fuck this bullshit and we know reynolds was going to get a groin injury if he had faced talents of the aussies.

  • @strawberrypanic700 what about Dale Steyn? :P Reynolds would be in hospital.

  • @69CashMoneyBitches just letting you know that the bowlers i mentioned can bowl the bowl at over 95mph and up to 100mph whilst swinging it away or into the batsmen, whilst bouncing the bowl at varying lengths and often trying to hit the batsmen on purpose.

  • An 800% bigger sweet spot? That is bullshit, if you want runs you have to hit dead centre, so it is pretty much the same as a baseball bat. And the ball is not invisible when you play baseball. If they couldn't see it that means they can't hit it.

  • I would like to see if you could hit Malinga for six!

  • he should try a ball from the South Asian Cricket team or who is full member of ICC and only you can decided which one is harder to play!

  • Stop being biased about your sport you like. Look at the numbers! The sweet spot for the cricket bat was 800% LARGER! Also, major league pitchers can throw fastballs 10-15 miles per hour faster than a bowler could AND a pitcher has more pitches that he can throw (fastball, curveball, change up etc.). And for all you complaining about how the baseball player is an "all-star"he's really not.... I think hes playing minor league at the moment. The numbers are obvious. stop being biased

  • @uttermutter baseball is nowhere near cricket. u first watch a good cricket match before talking shit!

  • @uttermutter cricket has 10 times more bowls, spin, fast, swing, left arm to name a few, then sub categories with of spin and leg spin. Cricketers have to defend a wicket themselves and play good shots at the same time, cricket ball is harder. America is rubbish at cricket, its like getting an english baseball player. Put and professional at the same level as him and it would be a fair comparison. Gilchrist was offered a contract with a major league baseball club and turned it down,

  • @uttermutter bowlers like akhtar can bowl it faster than baseball players with a bounce.

Any more reasons why baseball is better.

  • @uttermutter Clearly, you know nothing about cricket, even if u had a hint of knowhow about cricket you wudnt have said that, also clearly u have never held a cricket bat,coz even if the area is larger for cricket bat, sweetspot is almost the same.as for pitching speed, bbal players are allowed to bend arms, try without bending them

Also, cricket has dozens of more bowling variations (dozens) than baseball

Also bball player is a recognizable name, nobdy in the cmnts has heard the name of this cricketer

  • The cricketer doesn't even know how to hold a cricket bat, and he can't even bowl. He says you want to use your top hand more and yet in every shot he plays, he plays it with his bottom hand. What a retard.

  • typical american show looking to defend the american sport. that american cricket world famous 'superstar' is no where near a world class cricketer. his bowling medium pace as well, id like to see the baseballer face up against a dale steyn or shane warne. for you americans who don't know them they are TRUE world class cricketers, search them on youtube

  • i think a better quality cricketer than this guy would have delivered better results. an albie morkel wouldve shown these guys a bit more than the u.s cricket team who im only hearing about today

  • bring on any IPL player into baseball and he would be an overnight ALL TIME BASEBALL great!!!

But try getting an all time great baseballer into cricket he would end up being either miamed or the greatest laughing stock ever to hold a bat...!!1

Dumbwitted shows likethis not only mislead ppl but alos shows the quality f the nation from where it originates...!!! ;-)

  • Absolute bullshit !!!!!

It was a spinner bowling to the baseballer, and what length and width was he bowling it with???

    stage managed show.

ASk a fast bowler to bowl at this baseballer...avg fast bowler at international level bowl at 80-85mph that too with various swings and also you have tehbouncers and the yorker.

This video was real piece of dog crap!!! biased and as senseless as any other american show is....

  • 14/20 balls in play. It's not even told where the balls finally land because 90% of those times, there's gonna be a fielder under that ball who's NOT gonna miss! What do ya bet 8-10 of those balls in play were snick-ed right to wicket keeper or the slips! And please, do mention what happened to the other 6 balls. I bet they passed through him to the wicket, w/o him knowing what the hell was even happening... haha!!!

  • Evidently, this show is clueless about cricket. I was LMFAO!!! The cricket bowler is not a professional bowler while the batter is a pro. Get the MLB dude against Glenn McGrath, Anil Kumble or Shane Warne, he won't even see the ball coming. They're saying the baseball is invisible...well, McGrath can swing the ball in the air, making it impossible for the MLB'er to judge where the ball will bounche. Warne and Kumble can put so much spin that his eyes won't be able to focus on the ball in time!

  • /watch?v=HOgyFSfpr24&feature=related ... check this video ... I'm sure this major league slogger Mark Reynolds will shit his pants facing bouncers from lee, malinga, akhtar, tait, steyn ...the list goes endless instead of bowling a shit US national team bowler

  • this is the stupidest show ever

  • @Ganan18 ROFLMAO!! "stupidest" HAHAHAHAH

  • Hahahahaha....I've played both....this video is a joke. A major league slugger vs a member of the US national team?? I can bowl better than him, he was just serving up long hops. The major leaguer might get a six, but he'll definitely get out to decent bowling with that technique. If you'd had Sehwag or Dave Warner, it would've been a fair comparison. Warner would probably make the majors with his timing and power.

  • Lol this shows how innocent the presenter is about cricket!!... really funny I was laughing my shit out!!!...... he never mentioned about spin bowling, slower ones , pace variation , length variation that a cricket bowler does and varies to flummox a batsman!!!... Lol stupid !!!!

  • Baseball is the best

  • @PhilliesPhanPhorever it is politically correct to add "for me" b4 comments like yours..

  • The cricket player faced flat 80 mph fastballs and couldn't touch it. MLB pitchers avg. around 93 mph. Mark Reynolds strikes out more than anyone else in the majors and he still hit 70% of the pitches. Its pretty obvious witch one is easier.

  • Comment removed

  • @holdenmoose the u.s cricketer is of such low league that the only way to compare would be to face a class A pitcher at best, if not lower. this guy is far from a professional cricket against an MLB professional. plus professional cricketers now push close to 85 mph and can move the ball and wont hesitate to hit the batsman. not really a even comparison here.

  • why did they pick mark reynolds? who leads the majors in strikeouts every year.

  • @Fezzified

they should have picked justin upton or chris young of the diamondbacks!

you can see them here: watch?v=5TspIzewltg&feature=related

they couldn't even touch the ball at first.

sort of a clue about why this "test" is a lie!

    suck it in, dummies!

  • He doesn't even know how to hold a bat, and I don't know how you call him a pro cricketer or an allrounder.

  • He'd be caught. Love to see him face warne with the flipper

  • I Love BOTH Sports..

LOL, No debates that way :)

  • mark reynolds hit the gift balls to the same spot everytime.

He would probably be LUCKY to make a whole 4 runs for his team before being caught out. And i'm being kind.

A cricket batsman would be expected to stay & make as many runs as possible

This "test" is a joke. And the joke's on the american tv audience. suck it in fools!

  • OK you got 1 cricket player from US national team ? really US natinal team ?

  • and wtf, throwing is not legal when playing cricket? not unless you're a fielder.

  • Such an unfair test. If baseball gets a representative from the MLB, cricket should at least get gilly or sachin, not some indian (no offense) from the American National Cricket team (wtf?), they'd probs do better with a round bat seeing as they have more experience with a bat. If the baseballer is facing a spinner, he should face shane warne AT HIS BEST at least. Or to make it a fair test, let the baseball dude bat against shaun tait, brett lee and shoaib akhtar doing 160km/h beamers.

  • @itsgonedude1996 i think let afrid be compared when this guy is playing baseball and afrid is batting than see this fucking pitcher does not cry

  • @itsgonedude1996 It's an obviously flawed "test" to anybody who knows anything about both sports. I suspect that even the ace starter for the Australian national IX is a better pitcher than an all-rounder for the U.S. cricket team is a bowler. But, hey, it's just a TV series with a budget and a production schedule. And you really think Shane Warne would've showed up for some B-level yank cable show, anyway?

    Good point re: baseball bat.

  • Cricket is for poor indians

  • Comment removed

  • cricket looks boringer than baseball and im american

  • @datookrjobs Well of course you think so, because you don't understand it.

  • 0:46

Jon Miller calling the home run. :D

  • Cricket is a joke.

  • @Marshallmathers9 baseball is a joke! a world series played with one country, brecause no one else gives a shit about it, you dick!

    cricket owns baseball

  • @Marshallmathers9 calm down your penis baseball fan!! If you never played the sport before than dont call it a joke and also you guys think its a sport that doesnt require skills well let me tell you cricket is the hardest ball and bat sport. if baseball pitchers can throw 100 mph bending their arm than imagine a cricket player not bending his arm and generating a throw 100 mph.Cricket players catch the ball that hard as a rock with their hand while the steriods baseball fags catch it with mits.

  • @strawberrypanic700 Yeah, "imagine a cricket player not bending his arm and generating" a 100-mph delivery. IMAGINE, because it almost never happens ("throwing" is illegal for the bowler in cricket, stupid).

The only bowler I know of to break 100 mph in a game got popped for steroids. So who's the fag again?

  • Comment removed

  • @copyvio At least make sense you fucking sore looser? I said baseball players bend their arm.

  • @Duty281Returns - No, Romanians invented it hundreds of years ago in 1396 as i remember reading. And no, only guys played it.

  • @Esibbs oină != baseball

    @Duty281Returns baseball != rounders

  • Comment removed

  • Horrible comparison. Get Graeme Swann in as your off-spin all-rounder. That American dude wouldn't be able to get within 10 inches of the ball. So what if Baseball has 100MPH pitches? Cricket has uneven bounce, swing, reverse swing, seam, off-spin, leg-spin, top-spin etc. Baseball is slogging while cricket is batting for hours and hours. BTW Americans, the British invented Baseball. We call it 'rounders' and it's a girls sport.

  • @Duty281Returns Try hitting a curveball, slider, cutter, change up, splitter, or sinker. With speeds ranging in between 70-100, while hitting it with a small round wooden bat. Have a nice day :)

  • @webbsterization

Try batting for 7 hours facing swing, reverse swing, uneven bounce, off-spin, leg-spin, bouncers and yorkers. With speeds going as low as 55 MPH and as high as 95 MPH. Have a nice day :)

  • @Duty281Returns girls sport!! lol!!

  • DO A FUCKING SPIN

  • This is without having to hit a curve, slider, change up, splittler, cutter, or sinker, and ecognized which is coming.

  • i honestly just believe their both hard sports to play each with there differences that makes them hard iv seen baseball players not do good in cricket as i seen cricket players do bad in baseball, ppl dont b ignorant they both require much skill to be pro

  • CRICKET SUCKS, WTF!!! BASEBALL RULES

  • @BadAzzTUBE

    NO, CRICKET RULES!

THAT'S WHY IT HAS MORE FANS, & IS PLAYED PROFESSIONALLY WORLDWIDE, YOU DUMB CUNT!

    LOL!

  • @townsvillefield you like guns?

  • I believe that any game played at the international level is hard to play but seriously if u r talking about technique n level of difficulty then baseball comes no where near cricket

  • @69cashmoneybitches I can understand ur frustration that baseball is not played all around the world (thats because there's only one fcking technique involved in baseball I.e SLOG)...for ur info even cricket bowlers can bowl at 100mph ...but cricket its more than just throwing the ball.

  • This is the worst thing I've ever seen. Science is clearly not a thing in america.

  • Why does anyone care? There's a reason no one other than USA, Japan and Cuba play baseball...

  • @HACKO2230 and Puerto Rico, and Taiwan, and Korea, and Mexico, and Holland, and Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic... etc...

  • @copyvio Does baseball have professional teams from around the world playing each other, all year every year?

No, it doesn't, so shut up & get back in your place, faggot!

  • @townsvillefield um? Actually, yeah, it does, ignoramus.

Well, maybe not "playing each other," in the sense that the Australian XI doesn't usually play the Rajasthan Royals... but your point is that cricket is better because its top level is national teams instead of clubs? I guess, if you're a flag-waving Neanderthal, which clearly you are.

  • @copyvio "um? Actually, yeah, it does, ignoramus.Well, maybe not"

    Make up your fucking mind!

When did i say cricket is "better" because it's played professionally, internationally?

We play both baseball & cricket unlike the "flag waving" americans, who are the real flag waving neanderthals.

    Fuck you!

  • i just wanna point out, baseball is putting a round bat on a round ball. thats pretty fucking hard....

  • Comment removed

  • Cricket requires much more precision and timing. Baseball is just slogging

  • @duncanbathurst you obviously never played baseball. there is such a thing as a smart hitter in baseball. also any good hitter can direct the ball to the part of the field they want it to go to.

  • keep in mind, people who went to this video are non baseball fans.. Baseball fans just neither give a crap nor know the existence of "cricket"

  • @sugizo88 Yeah...and neither does the world give a crap about baseball's existence....and as for baseball fans ,they are mostly from USA who are known to be ignorant.....and its not that only cricket fans are watching this video, its just that no. of baseball fans are tiny compared to the cricket fans....

  • @ancientphoenixians Yup.. and Alex rodriguez's contract worth $275 million USD.. how much do cricketers make again? The number speaks for itself.

  • @sugizo88 First of all an average cricket player in IPL earns more than an average baseball player...i can give prove that afterwards if you dont believe it...

And as for this rodriguez guy, he's just 1 person...

Also, baseball incidently is only popular in USA which happens to have rich leagues...

But as i said before, nobody gives a crap about baseball outside USA and other 2-3 countries....

  • why the fuck does cricket have a fucking spinner and baseball got a major league pitcher

  • @why0even0bother UMAD BRO?

  • @why0even0bother he is most definitely not a major league pitcher if hes only throwing his fastballs at 80 mph. don't talk if you don't know

  • @69CashMoneyBitches how bout baseball get the best hitter in major league and ur fastest pitcher and cricket will use Shaun Tait and David Warner then we will see who wins

  • In Baseball, the point is that the batter doesn't see the ball so they miss the swing enough times to be out. In Cricket, the point is to confuse the batter about which way the the ball will bounce so they miss the swing and the wicket is broken. Different objectives, different delivery, different sports! Trying to say whether baseball or cricket is more difficult based on how hard it is to see the pitched ball is stupid. I'm American and I love both sports, but you can't compare them

  • Hitting the ball in baseball definitely seems harder but as a whole, cricket seems like the more difficult sport.

  • Baseball is desperate that's why these Americans try to make Cricket look bad but good try though Americans, everyone knows that the best bat & ball game is Cricket. Cricket makes a lot of revenue and has a huge fan base to compared to Baseball. This video is a joke! I am sure that they cannot stand up to the pace of Bret Lee, Lasith Malinga or Dale Steyn. Also don't forget Cricket is not about pace but spin also.

  • now lets do this in england, englands rising star craig kieswetter/jade dernbach vs mark renolds

  • This is the most illogical comparison. The retard of a cricketer had to face a 130 ish kph fast ball, whilst the professional hitter had to face a some spud bowling shit off spinners. Get the baseball player facing Brett Lee or Shaun Tait bowling 150 kph outswingers or bouncers and then make the comparison.

  • @fri05mfc i want to see a cricketer hit a pitch from tim lincecum, felix hernandez, or roy halladay. the dude pitching for baseball is only throwing 80 mph fastballs. you should see a real pitcher. no cricket player could even see the ball coming from a real pitcher

  • @fri05mfc the baseball pitcher was throwing much slower also??? it was fair. the pitcher was throwing much lower than average. so was the cricket pitcher, thrower, bowler. whatever the fuck you call him

  • @cam21fr it wasn't fair you fucking moron!

Get a professional cricket player, not some fucking NOBODY!

There is another test here on you tube showing 2 mlb players that could not even hit friendly bowling. (look at the list on the right hand side of this page...." Cricket vs. Baseball ")

    Get a fucking clue!

  • @townsvillefield the baseball player was a "nobody" too. and so was the baseball pitcher! if you can't see that then clearly your the fucking moron. fucking idiots these days......

  • @cam21fr You still didn't explain why the other REAL test i directed you to, failed!

    you're full of shit mate.

You actually think this load of crap has any merit!!!

Here's the link seeing as you're too dumb to find it.

    watch?v=5TspIzewltg&feature=related

  • @fri05mfc and the who is hitting is gay man

let shahid afridi play instead of this guy then see this baseball freak wins or looses

  • @fri05mfc Yeah that sounds about right. Get someone whose never played the sport face the best of the best right away.

  • Ahhh poor America, they know Cricket has factors that are better than Baseball, so they have to cheat, Sad.

  • to be honest if you try to predict where the ball will bounce you will get out. You watch it from the hand.

  • I know canada may suck and they are unknown but the top bowlers of canada are 1000 times better than the dick they brought in this experiment. This baseball player will definitely have difficulties touching a ball agianst a legit canadian bowler.

  • these fags are so dumb that they didnt know about the canadian cricket team. Canada has atleast qaulified for the world cup and played it really well for a new team. they even played against top teams like the aussies and pakistan and sri lanka. and wtf did usa do face shitty teams like bermuda. Even the top candian bolwers can excel at 85 mph so why invite some unknown players. You cock suckers couldve invited some talents from canada.

  • that is the biggest bullshit ive ever heard you dont take your eye off the ball in cricket and if they got a decent all rounder like shane watson then cricket would fuck shit up

  • Next on fux science which is faster a formula one car or an airplane and which ball is harder to kick a golf ball or a soccer ball. We will find out after Rupert murderoch returns from Britain defending The Sun Times.

  • I respect all sports as they all have their own unique features which makes them best in their own aspect. But when comparing the sports, and get the best base ball player, you should have got the best batsman and baller in cricket.American cricket team Does not play international cricket by ICC.Pls get David warner,Brendon mccullum or Yuvraj singh and give them the base ball bat.Give brett lee, shoaib akhtar to bowl and then the biomechanists will realise the difference.Try to re do Your Research

  • As the one who narrates about the baseplayer the best youngest in America, and since american are number one in baseball, he is no doubt one of the best in world, but on the other hand, cricketer is not even 1000th in ranking in the world. So no comparision at all. Get one of the best young cricket from world cricket and then compare....otherwise it is useless to compare such. It is like Elephant with Mouse kind of comparison.

  • Why the hate? Any sport can be better than another depending on the persons opinion. I love baseball but I have huge respect for cricket players. Both are unique in their own ways that appeal to different people. It's not always about difficulty

  • oh and they also were throwing only 80 mph for the baseball pitcher... that is terribly slow for baseball, and the cricket guy still had trouble. just like and other cricket player would have

  • @johnson3hitter gilly has offered a contract and refused i think he was good enough to hit a fast one and he isnt the best

a cricketer can bowl twice the speed he did i can bowl faster with more spin

baseball does not compare to cricket

  • @johnson3hitter He is not a cricketer.Cricketer plays balls at 100mph and that too bouncers on to the face..

  • having played both.... hitting a baseball is much harder than hitting in cricket... much harder. you dont even have to hit the ball forward... you can just block and deflect it. sorry cricket is not a hard sport to play. Maybe that is why so many people are able to play it around the world? you dont have to be nearly as talented. Just why soccer is so popular. it is not a difficult game to play.

  • @johnson3hitter baseball is a lot easier having played both it is easy to get not out and hit a homerun or run the the entire diamond. You probably will get out in cricket and if you leave a hard bowl or miss it your out. Fielders have a harder job with more field with not many fielders and have no gloves except the wicket keeper who still gets his hands cut from the harder ball. Batting is harder as there are more ways of getting out and they have to hit the ball in the gaps which is hard

  • @retardedrubyteam while i baseball it is a lot easier, show me a reason against this and i will give you another reason why cricket is better and harder than baseball.

  • @johnson3hitter Saying 'hitting' in baseball is harder is understandable, though debatebale, but terming baseball harder is utterly bullcrap

Cricket players have to bat for longer, have to run more (more endurance), have many more technical aspects 'coz of the requirement, dont have the luxury of gloves to catch a harder ball, and the hardest is that bowlers are ACTUALLY ALLOWED to hit the batters body, and in a specific case even get rewarded for it.

PS-no offence to baseball, these are just facts

  • they havent tested pitching or bowling because they know how easy pitching is

  • slo-mo footage here actually shows the cricket ball in a downward trajectory as the baseballer hits it, proving how slow they were bowled.

Not even close to a real situation.

    BIASED TEST!

  • What a biased program, im damn sure that bowler wasnt bowling 80 mph, which is what the pitcher was throwing, and then in the rugby vs american football they get a rugby player tackling a human whereas the american footballer gets to nail a dummy...

There's no doubt baseball players have an exceptional eye for the ball, and american football players exceptionally powerful...but make it a fair contest and whoever's informing this program about how to play rugby and cricket...c'mon, really????!

  • @NiktorMatfield yes mate really come down out of america and play rugby in australia or newzealand nad find it out.Or play cricket against australia or India and find it out. you will realise the truth..Bouncers at 100mph Baseball players will get scared

  • This is complete BS about taking your eyes off the ball! i play cricket and if you do that you have no chance!

  • In short, basketball is the only american sport worth watching.

    Cricket>>baseball

    Rugby union>>american football

    Footbal(soccer)>>pretty much everything

    Formula 1 >>NASCAR

  • it's far more difficult to hit a cricket ball simply because the pitch(22 yards long strip/surface on which the game of cricket is played) comes into play.

The pitcher who we call bowler, runs up and hurls the ball at the batsman and generally bounces the ball off the surface. So the ball can move/swing in the air and move either way(away from or towards the batsman) AFTER hitting the surface.

I play better cricket than that 'star' american player.I'm not joking either.I mean it.

  • But full tosses are considered easy to hit hence 99% of bowlers choose to bounce the ball.If it was harder to hit baseball style full tosses that don'y bounce why would every cricketer choose to bounce the ball?

    :-)

  • Watch these videos please ye miserable yanks-

    1)watch?v=8l4Hyv0Utrs

    2)watch?v=aA2mJP-UgPY

    3)watch?v=LeLn8sEAKfE

Also remember, being hit by a cricket ball can break bones. And there is no rule in cricket that makes it imperative for a bowler to bounce the ball. You're allowed to bowl, with a straight arm, like your baseball pitchers, without bouncing it as long as it's below the batsmans waist.

If you decide to bounce it,then you can choose to bounce it at the batters head.Nice ,huh??

  • The ball getting a reaction off the pitch makes the game more exciting .

In baseball you get what we call,full-tosses.From hand straight to bat.

Chris Gayle,Yuvraj Singh or even David Warner would murder you if you bowled full tosses.

Think off it this way,the scope for movement of the ball is a lot more when the ball bounces of a surface. So reaction time is a lot lesser.

Search for Shane Warne, ball of the century or just watcha few random clips of him.Or wasim akram.

  • Obviously a baseball is harder to hit since the best players at the top level only hit .300 and an average cricketer can get just about 30 runs every time he bats.

  • @theMdTribe watch?v=5TspIzewltg&feature=related

explain why these mlb players couldn't even hit the ball 3 times in a row then

  • @theMdTribe I guess you and me have different common sense than that "3 times in a row" guy. Common sense tells me it's easier to hit a ball with a flat paddle than a round bat.

  • @dudestir127 Common sense tells me that people who ignore undisputable evidence have no common sense....

  • @theMdTribe baseballers only face a few balls.

a cricketer can be out first ball.

youi better do some more research, if you think an average cricketer makes 30 runs everytime!

cricket bats weigh twice as much as a baseball bat, & only an inch & 3/4 wider than a baseball bat. there is no law stating a cricket ball be bounced either. do you think it's bounced to make it easier for the batsman to hit it??

you blokes are typical dumb fuck americans.

  • @theMdTribe :Mate,you are utterly demented aren't you?

But for the more nuanced, unbiased yanks out there who might read this -The difference in average is because You can score in a 360 degree arc in cricket unlike baseball.

And you're allowed to play and miss as many times as you want,as long as the ball doesn't hit ur stumps, unlike baseball where you get 3 misses at most.

There are so many more dimensions in cricket, spin bowling, swing bowling, sheer pace.

    the pitch adds so much

  • definately need an aussie there.

  • Anyone who knows anything about sports will know that a cricket ball is harder to hit :)

  • i can't believe how stupid these sports scientists can be!!!on one hand they have got a major league star and on the other hand some stupid ass who has agreed to spin the ball on a baseball ground!!!.....if brett lee runs in and bowls a fast bouncer mark reynolds wil have his balls in his mouth!!

  • @shreyps your a fucking idiot. they have amateurs pitching the ball for both sports. the 80 mph is nothing in baseball where pitches can go over 100 mph. stop complaining just because baseball is harder to play

  • Its all bout vision? Hahahahahahahahahahahehehehehehehehehehehehuhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhhohohohohohohohoho.....! Had this been the case, any baseball player could have been Sir Don Bradman or Sachin Tendulkar. LMAO

  • true true.. besides there are a lot of things tht can change.. pitch condition.. condition of the ball, seam movement, swing, spin, turn and bounce.. there are so many variations to bowling.. it is biased bcoz aditya isnt a recognized cricketer.. i'd like the baseballer to face someone like malinga or mitchell johnson..

  • @Lolololo3404 Mark Reynolds almost always has among the most strikeouts out of major league baseball batters, and we see how well he did in cricket.

  • @dudestir127 watch?v=5TspIzewltg&feature=related

explain why these mlb players couldn't even hit the ball 3 times in a row then, big mouth!

that's because this video is a set up you dumb gullible yank. LOL

  • @townsvillefield I believe I was responding to someone else's comment. And thanks for calling me a Yank. I take that as a compliment.

  • @dudestir127 "how well" ,dude you seriously dont know a bit about cricket , do you?

  • @ancientphoenixians For an American I know more than you might think, I was curious once how similar and different cricket is from baseball.

  • @dudestir127 Then given that an out in cricket is more valuable than in baseball, he was clearly lofting the ball tamely into the air being out everytime.

And since cricket players are expected to score multiple times more than in baseball, so it could not have been termed as "how well".

If you know about both sports, i'm sure you'd understand.

  • International star. lololol

  • give dave warner the baseball bat he would fuck shit up

  • ah, some British guys were offended because their sport lost. Grow up, and go drink ur gay-ass tea! I've done both, and the baseball... is harder to hit. I'm better at cricket, but baseball is just more fun, so, um, yeah.

  • @TheARguy1 no, you've offended plenty of others beside british!

but that's what the rest of the world expects from stupid, lying, yank cunts!

    so, um, yeah.....

  • What the hell the bowler was spinning rather than pace bowling...... Big difference

  • one more thing can there be a left handed batter in baseball then when a ball is coming towards him switch to a right hander and hit a home run NO look up twenty twenty cricket switch Hit thats real talent. Unlike baseball

  • first off this guy plays for America which obviously means he has no idea about cricket get a professional player for example Peter siddle fast bowler and this yank baseball player will have no idea where the ball is going then he will see how hard it is to hit. Also get some spin going this guy was putting it wright down the middle And you cant just predict where it is going other wise your out every time face a professional and you cant see the ball I wanna see a yank face a Yorker or Bouncer.

  • it is amazing how they got a good baseball player and a cricketer who is the same ability as i am, if you put the best players like shoaib akhtar or sachin would destroy any baseballer.

Adam Gilchrist was offered a baseball contract and dismissed it straight away, please post back if you disagree i spent 3 hrs discussing and finally winning against my cousin from america.
