Please do some research on Azomite dust. I Have used it on my fruit trees here in Fresno, Ca. and the results are wonderful. My trees used to get bark borers, and each year I would have to cut off dead limbs. After Azomite, the trees no longer have the borers (beetles) and the fruit is twice the size and so sweet, you will never buy supermarket fruit again. A little internet research will find oaks saved and rejuvenated with mineral dust.
