  • Well I gave a pretty good explanation but you seem to have ignored it, Different country, different soil, different farming practices. I dont think I spell it more clearly. I worked in Numerous tillage(arable) farms in the uk and ireland and as we dont have terraced fields its not really an issue. Plenty of other issues like usual peats etc, but cant say Ive ever seen anyone having seed wash away.

  • Because this was taken in England, Ireland and Uk dont have such problems, soil is too wet and heavy.

  • Interesting that no one has come up with any other reason for such short-sighted farming malpractice... In ten months...

  • Seeds don't just 'wash away' over here, so that is never an issue. Don't criticize something if you don't have the facts right.

  • Interesting how you haven't come up a response in over three weeks. You were given a valid explination, but still insisted you were right.
