@Biohazard729 When people are talking about effects and they say "dry," they mean "without any effects added." You'll also hear the sound with effects added referred to as "wet" sometimes.
In this case, the dry out is there to let you use two amps, one dirty and one clean. One bassist I know does this is Justin Chancellor, although I don't think he uses this pedal.
This pedal also has a "dry" setting on the switch which adds the clean tone to your distorted tone, and sends both to one amp.
Does it work in Active Bass-Solid state amp....???? Thank you...

the dry output is your clean signal. you can use that output if you have two amps, one for the distortion and one for the clean (dry).
the dry switch kind of simulates that as it blends the big muff with your clean signal
