I had a greddy evo2 but the muffler took a dump so I chopped it off and been going through cheap ass exhaust left and right it's time for something legit.

@wootness3000 I have the full cat back on my 96 civic and its broken in and trust me it sounds bad i love and my dad has it on his 07 and it sounds even better so at first it will sound alot like this video but when its broken in it is soooooo smooth and trust me i did a lot of looking before i got this, but look at the greddy Evo 2 that is also really nice like this one.

I have the exact same muffler but it does not sound the same. Could it be some fitment issues? or a possible exhaust leak?

Sorry I only have the Axle back, not a full catback. What do you suggest I do to make my Apexi sound deeper/louder some more? Muffler delete? Resonator Delete?

i'm not 100% sure on this...You typically go by engine model when buying parts...not sure if the sedan matters, but don't quote me on that :)

2/4 door exhaust systems are usually interchangable...

nice dude. i just got mine today. i have a 97 civic ex though. bought a magnaflow high flow cat and greddy 4-2-1 headers, but the headers havent arrived yet. i cant wait it sound so good

the Megan Header is 4-2-1...my trim is the SI as well, don't know if that makes a difference. I also have an AEM cold air intake. i'll check out your vid.

Yeah, BIG diference, my shitbox DX has a D16Y7, your Si (i envy you! lol) has a B16A1 or A2, cant remember... and i got the AEM SHORT Ram.

never been pulled over...been driving for almost 7 years now...this exhaust is that loud...it gives a nice rumble throughout acceleration...obviously getting louder as you get the rpms above 5500 and vtec kicks in

I just want to confirm that this exhaust is not a farty sound one, which I doubt it is, from this vid it sounds great. And combining it with header and my short ram... man, it will sound as good as sex.

i have a 06 sti.. yea i started off with a homda myself. that was my first car a civic. a 2000 honda civic si. then i upgraded to my subaru in 2005. but its an 06 model. sick ass cars though lots of fun

It sounds like it was warmed up sufficiently. Did you hear how the idle drops significantly a couple of seconds after startup? That means that the engine is already warmed up. Maybe he had driven it prior to shooting the video.
