Thank you, Ron. Learning it's okay to let go and play is tough. I've got lots of conditioning too telling me to not draw attention to myself, show off, make a scene, etc. Even when I let go and express myself the judging voices sometimes still come up. But spirit must be telling me to let go and be myself too cause every once and a while I sing "I've got to be me, I've got to be ME." An old Tony Bennett song or something. :)

The energy of sound is disrespected these days and just letting loose with music as it flow through your body will activate things you forgot about. So just go out dancing one day, night and let loose and let the music touch the organs inside of your body.
