  • Was it the scene where they are in bed? I don't remember

  • This must be my favorite. This is a work of genius(es)!!

  • Like a piano in a room at the end of a corridor, compelling ... and almost no one dares to comment, that's how quiet this piece is. =)

  • Reminds me of Black Swan.

  • @cloudnine04 Trent and Atticus should record a score for Darren Aronofsky!!!

  • @JesusCristo2002 That would make my life! Aronofsky is one of my favorite directors (right there with Fincher).

  • @cloudnine04 - Aronofsky is one of the best working today. He, Nolan, Fincher and Paul Thomas Anderson are the top four best in this generation.

  • @JesusCristo2002 Couldn't agree more with the first three. I haven't seen much of Anderson's work.

  • @cloudnine04 - See "Boogie Nights" and "There Will Be Blood". "Magnolia" is great too!

  • @JesusCristo2002 I've seen There Will Be Blood- excellent movie. I'll have to see Boogie Nights and Magnolia!

  • This is The Social Network all over again. They keep getting the same awards for the same things.

  • @Winduct its not at all the same thing. you simply hear noise, instead listen for the music.

  • @Winduct Shhhhhh...

  • @Winduct I must disagree with you on this; at least the music accompanying the movie is WAY darker and dramatic than what we heard on the Social Network. You can not compare the ambient created by the Social Netowrk´s plot with the Girl with the Dragon´s...at all, thus Trent created music accordingly...

  • @vonkaunaz After seeing the film, I agree. It fits perfectly and creates a perfect atmosphere. In actually prefer this over The Social Network.

  • @Winduct You might not believe me: but when i first saw The Social Network, i did not recognize it was Trent behind the music in the movie! It was a few days after that, when talking with friends about it, that i was told. When i was in the theatre seeing The Girl immediately recognized his touch in the music, and believe me: i had been told nothing, nor i had read anything about this version of the movie. It was a great pleasure to see this movie knowing it was Trent in business.

  • so few notes in this song but it never fails to get me emotional

  • @xaxsimplexescapex - Such is the power of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross' work.

  • reminds me of minecraft.

  • I love this one...
