Honestly, in my opinion, today's American cars are dog shit aside from Cadillac, Lexus, and a couple GM products. Almost every one I've had has fallen apart. Had a Triton V10 F250 and had to replace every single spark plug week after week. My old Silverado was great but the re-sale killed me. I have a Dodge Magnum now and it's the biggest piece of shit I've ever driven.
I agree that the Magnum is really the car that brought back the big V8 RWD wagon. I also have no doubt that this Caddy would beat the SRT8 in a straight line, around a curve... freakin' upside-down if it had to, but that's to be expected considering the price.

@NegativeNumbers427 No sadly there is not... I wish the Camaro and CTS-V's came with that as an optional extra... but that would steal the ZR1's thunder so they don't do that. It wouldn't be hard to do an engine swap though... The engine mounts would be the same and they would take up the same space.

@VODKARUSSIA90 If you look further into it you will see that that 480lb'ft of torque is available from 2000 rpm's-all the way to redline while the caddi makes it's max torque a 4000 revs. Near redline, it's torque starts to drop off. So no, torque is no the problem. If one car has a problem it's the cts-v. With 2wd it's at a extreme disadvantage over the 4wd rs6. From a dig the cts-v would be destroyed.
As a massive fan of "sleeper cars", the rebirth of the Taurus SHO has left me ecstatic. The CTS-V Sedan and now this, a wagon version, are tingling my balls. Is that wrong?
Do not forget the Dodge Magnum SRT8. It was fast, practical, and looked great too. Only God knows why it didn't sell too well.

It may be fast and handle like a dream, but to me, it's still just plain UGLY--just like the CTS-V coupe....the sedan is the only CTS that will ever look good in my eyes. The wagon and coupe CTS's are just contrived BS.

@212kingz The new engine in next year's AMG version of the sedan and wagon will certainly destroy the Cadillac. Furthermore, the Benz is a far better car all the way around. The Caddy is another typical GM product with inferior materials and slipshod construction.

rs6 570 horses and 480 lb-ft of torque the torque in audi is the problem

@VODKARUSSIA90 If you look further into it you will see that that 480lb'ft of torque is available from 2000 rpm's-all the way to redline while the caddi makes it's max torque a 4000 revs. Near redline, it's torque starts to drop off. So no, torque is no the problem. If one car has a problem it's the cts-v. With 2wd it's at a extreme disadvantage over the 4wd rs6. From a dig the cts-v would be destroyed.

As a massive fan of "sleeper cars", the rebirth of the Taurus SHO has left me ecstatic. The CTS-V Sedan and now this, a wagon version, are tingling my balls. Is that wrong?
Do not forget the Dodge Magnum SRT8. It was fast, practical, and looked great too. Only God knows why it didn't sell too well.

Bentley GTC, GT and Flying Spur falls behind Supersports. So first get your facts straight. Second compare overall car. @TheHm3 I agree, Buick and Cadillac are much improved, Chevys are still ugly, cheap, old tech, old styling, and fall apart (with the exception of the corvette, which still lacks refinement in some ways, though I do love vettes). It's ok though, the rednecks will still keep that brand profitable for years to come.
I like how at the end of this clip they highlight what the car 'says about you', because that is clearly the most important to the type of person buying a caddy or the like, heh...
