Compared to Bush's speeches, Obama's speeches are better than enough IMO.

As for his decisions, it's been less than a year since he actually become POTUS so i think he deserves a little break here.

But he's already had some major decisions which he royally screwed up.

He's sent a message to wallstreet that he's going to continue to give them our money without imposing any regulations, he's trying to make the insurance companies richer by imposing an insurance mandate on us and forcing us to buy shitty private insurance, he refused to release the torture photos or prosecute the Bush administration over torture, he's increased military spending... and so on.
