How do you heat press complex texts onto dark shirts? What I'm trying to do is use 3G Opaque transfer sheets to print "textured letters" (not flat color, so vinyl isn't my thing)

When I try to arrange the letters, they move around and most of the time curl up from being under the heat of the press while I arrange them. Even if I arrange them elsewhere, they move around and the pressed shirt is ruined.
