@papercanfly The graphics noticeably suck, and there's occasional glitches, that's the only gripe I have. I've just played my GF's copy for a bit. I own Road to Hill 30 on the PC, and when I had a PSP (I sold it) I had D-Day on it. While I think this was graphically the worst version I've played it was also the most fun by far...

@papercanfly I didn't notice any real framerate issues , the controls are what makes it more fun than the other versions. I'll tell you it's pretty fun to punch and end up hitting a Nazi on your screen, and the grenades are thrown with a tossing motion after you select a target, but you could end up looking at the ground right after. Shooting is pretty fun with the Wiimote, I did encounter a glitch where my gunshot didn't go off during a "laggy" part, but it runs smoothly when moving.otherwise

One thing that has bugged me about this gen, people get pissed, saying there arn't enough mature games on the Wii. But, the thing is, when have Nintendo, ever made M rated games? They have a few T rated ones, but no M. Really, I'd say it's more down to the 3rd party companies when it comes to the Mature games. And also, a game doesn't need to be gory as hell to be fun. And there are Mature games on the Wii, just no one takes the time to look.

@p0nch095 I played Black Ops at a friend's house ( 1 campaign level, lots of multiplayer & zombies) and I despised it. The only part of the game that I really liked was Zombies, and even there, the Wii version only comes with one Zombie map.

From what I've seen & heard, the Wii version of Double Agent has horrible controls compared to the other versions.

Dead Rising is already on Xbox (as well as Dead Rising 2).

The Wii version of RE4 is probably the best, though (price tag & Wiimote controls).

It's too bad this is so heavy on the motion control, if it were possible to use the Classic controller, or even better, the GC controller, I would jump right on this.

Also there's not much of a use in complaining about the price, game developers nowadays are just concerned with ripping off their loyal fans than producing worthwhile games.

I feel that any game is pretty much overpriced at $50, especially when I know that I can get the entire Half-Life series on Steam for less than that price. That's about 75+ hours worth of gameplay versus about 20 that you'll get in Double Time at the most.

If the wii had ps3 graphics (not a graphics whore) it would rock! The motion controls would be perfect for all the shooters on the ps3, and people would invest more time in the wii. They are on the ps3 so often because of the graphics, and want to prove they have the best graphics. If the wii had the same, then they would use it, and the motion controls would make them spend time on gameplay as well.

the gist of it is that most of the fun of the wii is using your imagination to better immerse yourself in the game by pretending your holding a gun or a golf club.

so makeing plastic pieces that make the wiimote actually gun or golf club kinda ruins the game.

The bluray reader is super low quality and the controller is more than a decade old. If sony wasnt such a big company they wouldnt even be making them anymore. They only put a limited amount of enemies per level in the wii version for a reason. The wii"s processer is weak, so they had to limit the amount of content they can put in there.

A good example of this is also in the game Dead Rising: Chop till you Drop, less zombies.

It's too bad that Wii didn't get a straight port of Hell's Highway. They might have been able to find a way to do it with the weaker hardware if they delayed the release. The Wii audience might be less familiar with this title. It's the only tactically realistic ww2 games of the past console generation. Medal's linear gameplay is kid's stuff, it lets you win through repetition. Do the "greatest generation" a favor, play a game made by people who give a damn about real squad tactics.

Wii is for more family friendly groups and kids, not so much for video gamers. PS3 and Xbox are good, but I like PS3 because it's reliable, and I could play the same games on the internet for PS3, for free! like CoD. But I must say, I'm a gamer, so wii is bottem priortey although it's fun at times, somtimes it isn't worth the price...
