Russia has even more nukes then the US and what good does it do them. Using nukes to threaten other will elicit a response. Also China has plenty nukes as well. In this kind of conflict the aggressor ends up loosing.

disagree with what max is saying here about america being bankrupt. america does have assets, it assets are the taxation of the people. only when the amount of tax collected can not service the interest on america's debts could you consider america bankrupt.
There used to be culture here. For decades we used to make some really fine movies -- back before Hollywood became completely corporatized. We had the best directors, writers and acting talent. Now it's almost all junk, and worse. This same trend has taken place in many other aspects of our culture. People with real talent, with something unique to offer stand almost no chance of making it. I can't wait to see it crumble!
