They take the original tapes of the movies and act out the scenes in the order they come. Then they rent out the tape. There is no post production. They just film it on the tape and then rent it out for people to watch straight away.

Visual requires some skill/effort. Might not be funny with visual. They invented Sweding in the movie. There aren't any visual effects in the movie. It's supposed to look bad, that is the entire point. For it to be funny with how bad it is.

they didn't invent sweding in the film, it has been around ever since handheld cameras and children's imaginations comibined. sweding a film could be done for any number of reasons, however you like. i would use it to practice for a homage film to a director for instance, mirroring shots from pre-existing movies.
