@krapsa No I never explored that facet, I need to go back to that at some time. Getting ready for the Tesla Expo in late July first of Augest, hope to see you there.
I am watcwahing your video, it is great. I have a question. Since there are multiple resonance pionts, did you try to resonate them simultanely? I think it could boost results greatly!
I'm sorry but you are not getting overunity. You may have 3.3A at the input and 7.3A at the output but you have to consider the voltage also. 12V@3.3A and 3V@7.3A if 3V is what you measured at the cell then lets talk about the power in and power out.
Power in 36.36W power out 21.9W. Power out is less than power in and no overunity. 21.9/36.36=.602 or 60.2% so you lost nearly 40% of power which would be from heat etc. No Overunity!
@ 4:22, over unity ratio of 1.04% is in the noise. I've been burned before by using two different meters ... where they were not exactly reading the SAME voltages, etc. Take great care to make sure all meters read the same value ... or use the same meter throughout.
Yes, if fact if you will take look at the later videos, I re-did the test with both analog and digital meters. I make my own shuts and make sure the read the same. There are other people that have found the same thing. The key is getting the mosfet circuit to ring, and that's why I am so interested in your Rodin work. Its simply harnesing the back emf to buck the supply current. For a complete story get Patrick J. Kelly's "Chapter10.pdf.
Ok. In the Rodin coil I'm seeing the following. If the resistance in the load approaches zero, on the primary side, we see much more of a square wave pulsing with no dampened oscillations. As the resistance in the load approaches infinity, the opportunity for a ring -- damped oscillation -- occurs. As it does, the supply current increases. Hence, bigger load, less current on supply battery. WOW!
For more vital information on this over unity effect, search YouTube for "Rosemary Ainslie circuit & aaronmurkakami videos" for in depth testing and circuit design. I simply lucked into finding this by accident early in my HHO research. In my research the Mosfet can be any type due to my modified "Lawton Circuit" To all of you well meaning idiots that say we are wasting our time, here's ia a major break though that was done first in 2002.
If you are really managing 1,3 LPM pure HHO at 3,5 volts/ 35 amps you would be at 137% efficiency, i.e. well overunity. There are 7744 Joules of energy pr. liter HHO gas (using higher heating value of hydrogen). The electrical energy consumed pr minute is 7350 Joules.
This remains to be seen, there needs to be a testing certified facility to determind what the content of all of those liters of captured gas is from everyone and me, Too many wild claims being made in this field. Thanks for keeping a finger on my research, keep me honest.
You talk about overunity on currents, but "overunity" must be measured on comparing energy in and out...So are the current measurements at the same voltage levels...?
Yes the voltage across the circuit is the same as the supply. If you trace the current flow you will see that there is no step down transformer, but there is that "ROD" which is a transformer, so I am waiting for matched 20 amp analog meters to arrive so I can do the same test over again. Also the meters will have a 3 capacitor filter across the terminals so it does get fooled by the pulses from the mosfet. keep in mind that the rod get very hot, enough to discolor the enamal if not cooled.
I wanted to make clear that the rod transformer is a 1 : 1 ratio , not a step down transformer. A step down transformer could make the current higher in the cell circuit, but its not. The last bifilar rod transformer was built using 17 gauge wire, my first was using 28 ga. The results were the same but less cell & supply current drawn.
So far everything that has happen is the same as covered in chapter10.pdf. Will the other claims hold up? Still this gives me a cheap 12v to 3v conversion unit.
Hi hhoforvolts I wish I was this good at make stuff like this, if I could I would make it. Great job, 5 stars. hope every thing is ok with us? And have a good Day!
looks good but to be honest i don't understand it all. I'll have to look in to it. I would like use it if it would help use less power and get same output thanksI
smokyatgroups.............about the meters, I do not use the meter's internal shunt, I have created low resistance external shunts matched to a quality current meter, and the meters you see are set on the 200 mv DC scale. I have switched meters and the ratio reading are the same. Thanks for the post.
Sorry for the late reply.........Don't know much about David Lawton, I found his setup in "Chapter10.pdf" I had all this information from the start but you know how it is, go storming ahead, I will read the instuctions later. Well after heat, amp, and other problems, I read and switched to low volts-high amp, and all of those problems went away. Looking for a small 12v to 3volt converter led me to the last part of Lawton's circuit. Next is do the Meyer's effect, not brutt force elect.
Nice work! ...Dunno if your meters are "true rms " or not. The waveshape of the currents/voltages do affect the readings greatly. Also need to consider the effects of the meters internal shunt resistor affecting circuit draws. Resonance is an alternating effect like a child on swing the "pulse" is just the "push" . Dont waste to much effort/power pushing unnecessarily.
The dry cell measures out at 1.75 LPM and the so called 17" does about 1.3 LPM at 3.5volts 35 amps. Keep in mind that you can't compare that to most systems runing at 12-14volts because my captured gas has more HHO vs. air than there's. The HHO bubbles are very very small compared to the 12-14v systems which have a lot of foam. There is virtualy no foam in my cells due to the weak electrolyte and low voltage. Also the tempeture rise is abour 25 degrees over a 5 hour run. Current crawl is 4 amps.
jdavis1943............Thanks for the spelling correction, I will change the heading on the current posted video, and will use the correct spelling on further videos. I agree that two cells in parallel changes everything so I want to use only one simple two element cell for my testing.
Being a picky person, "resonance", not resonates. I do this all the time as well - so not a criticism. Just a correction. Great presentation and I will study this further. I immediately put this together in my head with another area and will contact you if the combination bears fruit. Hint: 2 cells in parallel have their own peculiar resonance characteristics.(?)
hhotechnology........I don't do MMWs because it like comparaing Oranges to Apples. The whole idea is to use as low of voltage as possible, 1.8volts-3.5volts. So using those numbers, my MMWs will always be mush less that units running at 12volts even though my 1 liter would contain more HHO and less air.
breaksteel..what I am doing is taking Lawton's circuit one piece at a time and making sure his claims are true. So far so good. At this point my main interest is a low cost way of obtaining 2.5 to 3.5 volts for my cell operation. So with 12-14 DC volts in, I do have a very cheap way of doing that. The next step is to dulicate the square wave generator (3) in all so I can hit all three harmonics with narrow pulses. This should give 50 amps with around 80 watt draw. Next Meyer one tube tuned cell.
that was an amazing amount to take in but it seems you are onto it and i would loveto sit in on what you are doing and just take it all in.i had to skip through this a bit as it was a bit to heavy for me in some parts to get my head around completely. was the outcome success or is there still tweaking to do. regards andy
