to the women who made the video , i have 3 zit like things on the back of my head but they are on a bump that they have created what is it ? the zits are on top of this bump like structure

when you say acne spa tx...what are you mixing....i have salicyclic acid in powder form...i mixed it with honey and applied directly 2 affected area...however i would like 2 use it more even have it a little stronger...please give suggestions on homemade tonic with salicyclic acid 3-5%...what is my ratio...thank u in advance
