this LP was marketed in a foldout double sleeve. unfortunately thanks to this and the collapsing quality of EMI pressings at the time it was virtually impossible to find a disc that was perfectly flat and not wobbly.

Around the time this record was made, Vilayat played Saazgiri at the Asia 72 trade fair. Nizamuddin accompanied him on the tabla in a vilambit gat. Seem to recall Shahid Parvez and two others sitting behind him and mimicking his every expression.
