merita i get it that you like to cook, and i respect that, but that looks disgusting. try to saute the onions first all the way, than add garlic, saute, then add the livers and cook thoroughly until the meat is brown, they should be boiled first of course, then add the cheese, and red pepper, and i recommend dropping the walnuts, liver and walnuts just don't go together,i also recommend using tomatoes and
