Parietal cortex is for motor activity. So noobs think about what they will do with the control instead of what they will do in the game.

prefrontal cortex is for task anticipation. That means experienced gamers will think more about what they will do within the game instead of what they'll do with the controller. Sadly, I really really don't see how this can help Alzheimer and I study neurosciences.
