  • YOU ARE BRITISH PROMOTING WHORE FUCK YOU SLUT

  • god damn british people (just sayin)

  • There are more Indians in England than there are English.

  • This claim is absolute bullshit, and very dangerous to do. It cleans NOTHING from your ears.

  • This ear candling is a scam and is actually dangerous!

  • Ear candling does nothing but make your wallet lighter.

  • I feel fine even though i dont feel any difference!! lol

  • is she saying egg handling?

  • reupload this with more soothing music, and i bet you'll get more likes than dislikes.

  • "How do you feel?"

"Fine, I didnt really notice any difference.."

  • rich people have nothing else to do with their money besides this stupidity.

  • @trixieHxCpopz agreed!

  • Who would waste money to get this, when they could buy Q-tips at CVS for $2.!

  • this is true, the egyptians used to do ear coning....and yes, it WORKS! so stop calling it a scam all you haters..maybe you just dont need it..did that occur to you?

  • @goofygoat2009 The egyptians use to have slavery and piss poor health. Just because one culture does something doesn't make it useful or safe.

  • There are many video's in youtube claiming that they don't work. But MEH.

  • The guy in the beginning barely knows what he is saying.

  • so it's very very safe. can i do this at home? GOD NO WHAT ARE YOU CRAZY!?!?

  • @Anonymous5211987 you made me cry of laughter i hope you realize XDDDD

  • @MsPinkForever21 then my work here is done :)

  • the woman laying down looks so akward

  • i bought a set of 4 of these candles for 11 dollars and did it by myself. but i should had a friend ddo it, but i didnt hurt myself and got alot more gunk out then what she had lol oh and the gunk was ear wax because it was a ugly yellow and the texture is hard squish it and it gets waxy so it worked for ME

  • i bought a set of 4 of these candles for 11 dollars and did it by myself. but i should had a friend ddo it, but i didnt hurt myself and got alot more gunk out then what she had lol

  • Ancient, you say?

  • Hopi was not a person it is a tribe.

  • @guitarfishvan YES U ARE RIGHT SHE AS NO CLUE WHAT SHE IS ON ABOUT!

  • And...now I disliked it xP

  • I liked this only because the likes and dislikes were tied :P

  • If you're considering doing this, buy a syringe that is used to give medicine to children orally. It will be a model of an ear canal. Then light the first candle. You will find the procedure removes just as much ear was from the clean syringe as it is purported to do from a real ear canal. That is because the so-called earwax was from the candle, not the ear. Candle wax discolored due to heat. The particulate wax, when heated/evaporated, is heavier than air, and falls inside the candle.

  • I get my ears candled once a month from March-September ...I have horrible allergies and this works wonderfully!

SN: No matter how many years you've been doing ear candling, you should STILL use fire retardant cloths to cover the client. Safety first!

  • Was it necessary to pan the camera up and down her body?

  • Anyone notice at 2.10 how the candle had burned down really far but in the next shot it was back at the top..

  • I have never heard of this before but I am very very interested in this very much due to headaches all the time and I have troubled hearing allot as well.

  • @1:36, look in to the picture on the wall, you can see a woman leaning against the wall! Got scared at first ;)

  • BS that is not ear wax, it is the residual wax from the ear candle dropping down the inside of the tube. Don't believe me?

Take a tiny cotton ball and push it all the way to the bottom of the ear candle and repeat the procedure. End result will be the wax from the ear candle falls on cotton ball, nothing will come out of the ear.

  • ghost of girl @3:17 reflected on the picture in the wall

  • @carlosrodriguez1978 Nope. It's the producer.

  • You know what they say about a fool and their money! It is sad to see people being ripped off by these scammers in this day and age.

  • ever since i had my ear candle done when i was younger ive had problems with my ears!

  • 2:03 Hopi is "A red indian... the one who invented these candles... His name was Hopi?" Someone tell this imbecile that Hopi is an entire nation of people! No wonder she thinks this crap is real.

  • We can test to see if this ear candling works by burning the candle alone. and open it up to see if there is "wax" in it.

  • PEOPLE who say it doesnt work can you atleast try it before saying so! geez. Does this work is it work 30 clams

  • i don't get it with all of these new rich hippies, ancient = not bullshit?!?! "It's been around for thousands of years" WELL SO HAS MURDER, DOESN'T MAKE IT A GOOD IDEA i'm done venting kthxbai

  • well it doesn't work, because the amount of suction needed to actually lift something out of the ear would actually suck out the insides of your earcanal.

of course, it can be relieving but considering it can damage your ears by pouring wax in it isn't worth it

  • its definatley work, had it done for the first today! and left ear it removed pink ear gunk from ear infection!!!argg

  • "Fine I didnt notice any difference" haha

  • FDA has found no valid scientific evidence to support the safety or effectiveness of these devices for any medical claims or benefits.

    fda.gov/Safety/MedWatch/SafetyInformation/SafetyAlertsforHumanMedicalProducts/ucm201108.htm

  • @wjhopper THANK YOU!

  • go to the chemist and ask for ear clearing stuff. anything they give you is safer than this

  • Actually, I was desperate for anything before going to the doctor and spending $100 so I got some ear wax candles. You can tell the candle wax from the ear wax. The candle wax is the same color as the candle and the earwax is dark brown, at least for me. I wouldn't call this "dangerous" maybe not the best idea because the results aren't great for serious earwax buildup. Mine was packed so hard that it was the size of a pencil eraser. Cool stuff, oh, and you can hear much better.

  • @rickrobinson28 There is no evidence that this works. Just because it doesn't look like candle wax doesn't mean it is ear was, there is a number of reasons why it is a different colour. Read a book.

  • just try burning one without putting it in your ear. same amount of wax is the result

  • fuck this.. this is just a scam to buy them and waste your time!

  • I have a chronic problem with ear wax buildup in my left ear. I have had this problem for 30 years. Ive used waterpicks for the last 25 years and the last time I used it it didnt work. Im going to try this because I understand the principles of how vacume works. The smoke when it rises causes a vacume in the tube. The burning flame is actually the pressure cap helping to seal the tube, where the tube meets your ear canal is the joint where your ear wax also causes it to be sealed.

  • It is safe but of no use.

  • So it is safe or not?

  • haha WTF i just watched a video and she said every 6 months or whenever youd see your dentist ! :/

  • Don't use the word "Investigation" when you mean "Promotion."

  • Ultra Ear Candle!!! Sucks out your brain along with the ear wax!

  • she said she didnt notice anything, and type in ear wax flush or ear wax treatment where htey go into your ear with a camera and pull it out, also check different videos all the ear wax is the same looking real earwax looks different, so yeah its a fraud lol some dumbasses actaully fall for it

  • I bet the lady geting the ear wax removed was like "Lady would you shut the fuck up so I can relax!"

  • The Hopi tribe council spokeswoman said that they have never used it. EVER!!! Hopi being associated with ear candles is false andpeople shouldn't be able to give false information. People need to pick up a book and read.

  • Chick fell asleep!

  • the wax is from the candle. if it works, then make the bottom part of the candle from a different substance and put a screen in between. it's fake, watch the debunk videos.

  • dude this video gives me gas.

  • One cOuld have sitting next a mirrOr tO check!!!

A glass of water alsO when dOne.

WHY NOT TELL US BOUT THE DRY STUFF AND THE REST IN THE CANDLE?

WHAT IS IT AND WHY ONE HAS IT?

  • @GeorgiBoii32 Also, am I a "NO GETTN WART FACE", meaning I don't get warts? Or is "NO GETTN" illiterate for "not getting any"? You might want to choose your insults more carefully, as I'm straight (I generally consider homophobes to be morons), have a particularly attractive girlfriend who I happened to fuck this morning, the only wart I've had in my life was a plantar's wart when I was 5, if anything, I'm too skinny, and I also have a penis. It's not so insulting when it's literally all wrong.

  • Sometimes I do need to pinch myself as a reminder it is 2010 and not the 6th century. Love the way she says that you really should come into the salon as it is safer with a trained professional. Imagine the reality is she probably had only about 5 minutes training before her first 'gullible' patient anyway.

  • Even vagina candling would be more effective than this, at least it would produce pleasure.

  • @cherryunderground exactly

  • wow lol

  • You should have it done every week. Oh yes $40 each time thank you. Your bill for the year will be $2080.00. We take credit cards.

  • @macdisciple you can buy them for $5 at metaphysical stores and do it yourself at home with help. some people just enjoy the relaxing luxury of a spa environment.

  • @macdisciple you didnt pay close enough attention to what she said

  • @macdisciple She says for 6 or seven weeks is the treatment.

  • @GeorgiaBoii32 Well, first off, she's a TV presenter, not someone making money off of this. Secondly, your and your friends are gullible fools if you believe ear candling works. Do some research, and don't just assume that because something is kind of soothing, or makes you feel a little better, that it's anything more than placebo.

  • @compactdisk2 ur a fucking idiot! it does clena ur ears. wtf go kill urself plz.

  • @GeorgiaBoii32 Wow, you sure proved me wrong. I was going to reply but your incredible display of scientific evidence sure put me in my place. "it does clena ur ears"... those words will go down in the annals of scientific thought.... you incredible genius you.

  • @compactdisk2 OH NOOO I GOT A TYPSO AND SOME FAT FUCKIN NERD GONNA CALL ME OUT ON IT LOL STFU U FUCKING FAGGOT DICKLESS NO GETTN WART FACE INFESTED BITCH

  • @GeorgiaBoii32 I didn't even comment on your typos. In the real world, facts are determined by what can be demonstrated. While you've demonstrated you can get really angry and type in all caps, I can demonstrate that a) the gunk that ends up in the candle after burning is there whether it is in an ear or not, b) scientific studies have shown no evidence that ear candling does anything of benefit, and c) there are a number of incidents where people were injured when residue clogged their ears.

  • Since wax is sticky, the negative pressure needed to pull wax from the canal would have to be so powerful that it would rupture the eardrum in the process. However, candling produces no vacuum. Researchers who measured the pressure during candling of ear models found that no negative pressure was created. The same investigators candled eight ears and found that no ear wax was removed and candle wax was actually deposited in some of them!

  • @RoyaltyBank its actually goodfor you

  • Comment removed

  • @RoyaltyBank You don't make yourself sound any better by stating this comment. I found it actually more offensive since I am from an Asian American background and your throwing around words like chink and generalizing Americans as fucking up everything. And calling someone a faggot? You've been influenced by the tactlessness of the media and society you live in just the same. I must say your just as ignorant.

  • Limewinter> I'm in Alberta CANADA and it's bot banned here... so I don't know where you're referring to as Canada... but last time I checked, Alberta was in Canada. And again, ear candling is NOT BANNED HERE! (or in BC)

  • Just had this done tonight, It makes my head feel very clear took 10 minutes each ear its completely safe and had it done @ Balance Health and Wellness in Lindenhurst NY # (631) 225-2623

  • its not mainly for getting earwax out its for therapy and relaxation

  • its banned in canada.

  • i had it done once it was very relaxing but its not that dangerous at all really...just have a cover. I recommend people trying it atleast once its very fun :D

  • i wouldnt call this a miracle by any means but what the fuck? it sucks wax out of your head. and its not life threatening either. put a cloth underneith and dont be a dumbass with a lit object near your head. how the hell are there people stongly against this practice? its not a big deal. its better than thse shitty q-tip things that can force wax farther into your ear making u unable to hear properly. calm the fuck down you spazzy little bastards.

  • how is it dangerous? i dont get that

  • @dillpickleboocutie a candle... hovering over..or rather into ur ear.. on fire....

  • @Darkdemonoflite the flame doesnt go near your ear, theres a line where it stops, lol

  • ye.. do it with a professional... fucking voodoo people... u know what i mean...

  • This practice is a dangerous scam. This presentation is not investigative. It is advertising . There are nothing but ouright lies here. They don't suck wax from your ears. They are not safe. They are not an ancient Hopi practice. The presenters should be ashamed.

  • It's all a bunch of crap. Search earwax candles and watch the video on discovering if it's a hoax or not. U would be surprised to find out it actually harms your ear

  • she cant feel any difference key right there this stuff is bs

  • eetz bettah eef yoo cumb to-da practishnah.... so I cun take yo munnay!

  • @LauraBeachnut every week if you have a headache

  • @secretlyslyfox41 hell naw

  • Is it just me or does any one sense a bit of tension between Sarah and Daxita?

  • Massage, Waxing, Facial, Bukaka. That blonde bird, she's a bit naive. Daxita has no Visa. 1:55 she say something is written on the candle, yeh love, Made In China. 2:41 nice cleavage. Cracking. If I put one in my japs eye, will it gently draw out my spunk. Reefer. I have to say, if anyone ever gose out to have this "treatment" done then you have to be certfied insane.

  • @defender5151 actually no that little sticker is when to stop burning it and to put the candel in a cup of water to burn ithe flame out duh i use them i know

  • WTF......what kind of investigation is this. Investigation my ass more like promotional advertisement.

  • This gave me an idea. How about ass candle-ling?. You know, for when you have constipation & afraid of enemas.

On second thought, ney!, if the patient farts that may cause a fire. Who knows what may happens.

  • what the fuck is wrong with this person. She wants to stick a lit candle in the ear of a 6 month old baby? Fucking asshole.

  • @Aspenly lol!

  • Fake - I just burned one to check if is full of wax without putting in the ear - there was a lot of wax, but definitely not from the ear - bloody fake - dont spend money for that shitty magic...

  • I burned one in my arsehole and when I looked inside it, it was full of shit! It had sucked all the dooky out of me and now I am dooky free. I undertake arsehole candling on a regular basis... and so should you lot, because you are all full of SHIT!

  • Hahahaha

  • very fake

  • This practice is a dangerous type of quackery! That wax is from the candle and not the ear. It doesn't work and it could do serious damage to one's ear.

  • propositionjohnston, you are wrong, Ask any ENT physician and they will tell you it's fake.

  • I did an experiment last night where I burned two ear candles out of the ear in a coffee cup. I then burnt two candles in my ears.

My results although anecdotal, couldn't have been clearer - the candles burned in my ear contained ear wax. - IT WAS EAR WAX!

The candles burned in the coffee cup had barely any residue at all, and nothing that resembled the earwax of the ones burned in my ear.

I will repeat the experiment in a Youtube video with some wtnesses present, who will sign affidavit's !

  • The thing with an ENT physician and any western medical practitioner for that matter is that, if there is benefit in something that falls outside of there area of training or expertise, they will 'shit can' it.

I've seen it happen between Physio's and Chyro's, Naturopaths and Dietitian's etc.

  • @Oudler actually, i've done it tons of time (ok, like....2or 3 times) and it REALLY WORKS!!! :D but, it's quite disgusting when you dissect them!!

  • @Oudler I can see what you are saying. But I can also see what the sponsor is saying also. It works by vacume, as the candle burns, warm air is funneled down into the ear canal putting pressure at the wax and causing it to melt slowly, as the smoke rises it creates a vacume in the tube and gently pulls the wax up the tube. Its very similar to lighting a piece of paper on fire under a glass in a dish of water. As the smoke rises under the glass it cause a vacume to lift the water up with it.

  • @Oudler And were is your physical proof of this? Seeing how there have been more success stories then failure or injury as a results makes me think that the only source of "quackery" I have seen looking this up, is your comment.

  • @Narutoxbleach503 Google is your friend! type in "ear candles danger"

  • @Oudler have you ever done it? cause you are so wrong XD it works really well. so quackery maybe. this is duck duck goose. ur the goose.

  • @jumpyduck NO! I've never candled myself and I've also never shot myself in the head but I've a pretty good idea based upon some common sense and some very rudimentary knowledge of anatomy that shooting oneself in the head would not be a very optimal course of action. I might get rid of my head ache but at what cost? Seriously, you don't need to try it yourself. Just do the research on ear candles and you will see no reputable doctors recommend them.

  • @Oudler XDDDDDDDDD someone never got picked as the goose when they were a child XD and does it look like this lady is dying? there's a big difference. I could go to sleep to get rid of my fatigue, but I am still going to die one day.

    duck duck duck duck

im so done this is so dumb and i find it hilarious that you wrote sucha long paragraph over something you think is stupid XD

  • did you notice that while she was asking/answering the questions, the place on the candle where the flame was changed? just watch the flame the whole time...it's kinda funny.

  • @tinabeaner004 Glad someone else notices continuity errors.

  • i always do!! hahah.

  • Christmas tomorrow!!!!!

  • What a load of crap....Two candles for $14 Aussie Dollars.....Rip off

  • yeah

  • Where did u get those ear candle.....

  • she had like no wax at all

  • Would it be unreasonable to ask if you carry liability insurance?

  • do you guys offer lasik too?

  • u look like fearne cotton!

  • In my professional capacity I have done this and had this done on myself. It works wonders. I use the linen version of the candles. Stinks less. All in all a very effective treatment. You just have to have someone who knows what they are doing do the ear candling for you otherwise they let air get in and it renders the whole treatment inneffective.

  • you can fool some of the people all of the time, all of the people some of the time BUT you can always fool the fools.

  • this lady is stupid as shit... "im professional" i can hold a fucking candle

  • At 2:26 ... whose reflection is that in the picture to the left of Sarah?! Bad camera angle...

  • Daxita Nandha has such a relaxing voice!

  • @cherryunderground I was about to point out the same :-)

  • @cherryunderground

Always a plus when dispensing bullshit.

  • Sarah is so beautiful. Thanks for the info Sarah

  • Pleeeasseee...you cant trust what the FDA says anyway. They are a bunch of corrupt assholes.

  • The Hopi are a tribe of Native Americans...you git.

  • yeah, those candles are disgusting. It doesn't get the wax out much, it's just the burnt candle. Plys, it STINKS.

  • candling is a dangerous scam

  • you guys and girls say that because it would put pharmaceutical companies out of business and the one who got the candle stuck in the ear that's your own damn fault, you did it they had nothing to do with it take some responsibility for your actions.

  • I don't give a damn about pharmaceutical companies. Ask any otolaryngologist or audiologist, and they will tell you the candles are not FDA approved because the are ineffective at best, dangerous at worst. The "ear wax" that comes out is inside the candle to begin with. This stuff is a hit with gullible people who distrust the "medical establishment", but it has nothing to do with that. This is about care based on rigorous science and not "holistic" feel-good pseudoscience.

  • You can buy drops that work much MUCH better.

Its a con and its not safe !!!!!

  • @holdontoyourwig

    Naturel drOps Or unaturel???

    Please let us knOw:)

  • @CheckinGagaiNagain The point is that drops are much better than this ancient practice. If you broke your leg would you use 2 tree branches or a modern splint or pot ? Drops are tested and are clinically better than candling.

  • @holdontoyourwig

R yOu A POLI TIC IAN?

i was asking clearly if the drOps are natural Or unatural!

    sO natural Or unatural?

  • @holdontoyourwig

By the way yOu do not use drops or cut the leg or open it to mend it!

Still better, when i was young i was allergic to milk,nOw have ORGANIC AND UNPASTEURISED(best for brain cells:)

Going away from the subject,my bOnes are strOngggggggg,Thank lOve:::::::)

So, didn't break any when i fell from horses, down the stairs (broke the door at the bottom though!)or when i got my first bike, good to throw away first day since a car cut right in front of me,ooooooooooops!

  • @holdontoyourwig What kind of drops are you talking about? I have a low canal in one ear, thus resulting in more wax, and I'd really like to know the name of the drops ^^

  • @HowxNowxBrownxCow Not being an American i couldn't recommend a name or brand. I would suggest you ask at your nearest pharmacy or contact your doctor.

Alternatively you could place your ear against a hot surface and try and melt the wax out. Lol

  • I got a candle stuck in my ear now, thanks a lot!

  • Lol. GG
