thanks. yea, this is the stroke don walsh teaches. apparently there are two main techniques. stew smith's where he kicks and rotates his navel toward the bottom of the pool, and don's where he prefers the swimmer to remain on his side. this one feels more efficient to me...
great work...you may be able to better your time by improving your rotation (it looks like your staying mostly on your side) and by lengthening your glide
