I am in some way, hoping that they with the implemention of cryengine 2, Will create a new era of EU, with alot of improvements (they been working on change in engine for years), That will make it worthy for new players or old players for that sake, To feel like coming in and participating in something new and refreshing, :). And that might get me hooked again ;). As of now, Its too expensive and too familiar,

EU is not broken. Its simply just a vision that still is not archieved. Instead of adding good graphics and more planets. They should focus 100% on finding a solution to sort out the gameplay and economy. More challanging creature combat. And prices on the different items so its possible to get it so you can play all "levels" of the game.

I still wait for the day that EU archieves its "comeback". With that i meen, The day its Fair cheap. And fun enough, That its worth the money. Hope it helped

If you look at the game itself. Its not revolutionary in any way. Except from the Community & Economy.

Currently market. and the prices there in, Are WAY to high. Also the returns from hunts / mining. Is low. It scares alot of people off the game. and therefore its not a big popular game. Also they implement alot of stuff. But doesent archieve to get it to work the way intended. Limited items were their "solution" to playing all classes cheap. But the good "limited" gear cost a fortune

Well. There is a few fps mmorpg and 2 coming coming..

Darkfall / Mortal online. They are in fantasy settings though.

Anyhow i think that the auto combat system will slowly lose "fans" when they been using it in 10 different games.

Entropia universe doesent directly put it to full use. Except from PVP. you mostly have to simply close combat click untill the creature dies.

EU lives mostly on its world & Economy. Looking at the game itself. And i got to be honest. (i write a message more)

why does my sweat dissapear from my loot box everytime i close it? should i leave it open? how can i open it once it is closed?

Of course they can kill you. But the armor is so good they do very low dmg. Were talking down in the 1.0 dmg area. And i had around close to 150 hp at that time. And i regenerate health too so it couldent kill me even if i let it hit me forever hehe.

The armors we wear were Top armors. Were talking armors that cost around 7000$ yea its crazy. But i gone low/mid level hunting now and in newbie state you can skill (hunt) for 20$. The ammo cost money but 10$ last you long when using low weapons,

Yah the combat looks like rubbish because its like your just clicking on the monster once...whats the point of having a first person mode let alone THE GUN ON THE SCREEN!

Its aim and shoot manually. Except from that. Its your job to make sure to keep yourself alive with medkits. i had a good armor on so i dident need to heal myself at any time.

Its not fantastic. But its not worser than the usual sit and wait combat.

Man Im going to become a full time user on this game. I havnt depositted and not intend too. Yet I am making newb money at the moment from tp runs etc. I find this game quite fun.

Some people manage to do that. Anyhow. I'll say as a new player. During to your skills and experience you will have hard time playing without a deposit sometimes. Anyhow Play smart and the money can last a long time. Learn from others advices and your own experiences. You will slowly learn to play for lesser and lesser money. It also depends on your goals. You can be trader and thats profitable. But booring :). But you can get some capital for hunting that way...

But try it out. Afterall trying it is free. You won't get the chance to log in right away and hunt. But you can see how things work and get a feel of it.
