(and you might be wondering why Derek was king author, it is because the summary of Avalon High Will moves in wiith Ellie and plus they got a close friendship which may turn into bf & gf) and Ellie + Lance didn't work out Lance already got a girlfriend.

yes it is (but i think since with the writers strike it will take foreverrrr to do). I remember reading a blog from Meg Cabot & she said all of her books that are becoming movies. The only ones that are for sure are "Avalon High", "How to be Popular", and "Queen of Babble". You can probably find it on her site.
