A couple reasons: According to the Bible the world was fully created by God to the extent of having fish swimming, birds flying, trees producing fruit, ect... Another reason is that no 2 creatures have the same number of cromisomes in their DNA, proving according to science that a lizard can't produce a cat

If God is strong enough to create us, don't you think he could've done it in one breath? If he isn't, he's got flaws, making him NOT God. Evolution doesn't fit with something that's seen as perfect because evolution is imperfect and defies physics.
