This is my favorite L&O theme. They're all great, but I just happen to favor the heavier sound and I was thrilled to see it used on CI after TBJ flopped.

I really do not like this (Trial by Jury) theme. I loved the original. This one is too hard for my liking. It feels out of place for a L&O theme and I cringe each time this theme is about to begin. Also, it's just too dramatic - especially at the end which I find simply pretentious.

Don't get me wrong, I know the CI theme has always been slightly harder than the original L&O and SVU themes (which I love), but this is pretty awful. It's almost as bad as the SVU theme from the UK.

Also, Chris Noth's character, Mike Logan, was a great favourite of mine.

I have to say, I wasn't much of a fan at first, but he really grew on me and I quickly began to enjoy his character a lot.

chris noth left the show of his own will. according to interviews he gets bored of the same character and weaves in and out of Law and Order history. He started on the original, then was fired over a contract dispute but was placed back into the L&O universe with his own TV movie. Later on he got tired of the character in CI so quit. If anyone heard a different story let me know. i am also interested in these types of things

I really like this version of the theme, too.  And I think it works well for LOCI (my personal favorite of the three) now that the show has also become more "personally" dramatic.

i liked the old CI intro music but they changed it to the TBJ theme for USA channel. Trial by Jury was a good show. Too bad it got canceled.
