The lyrics are deep and meaningfull, It's a great song in every way. Awesome song and awesome video, there isn't a single song of Kamelot that sucks, you can tell they work hard at It!!! It's modern classic music no doubt!!!
1st of March is Justin Bieber's birthday. This little roach has been infecting the whole world. Because of him, the world of rock is extincting.
So on his birthday, we all will go to his "Baby" official video and push the 'dislike' button so that the 'dislike' bar becomes 10 times bigger than the 'like' bar.
If you are a rock fan, join with me and thumbs up me, copy-paste this message to all rock videos. We have six months to unite and fight against him
theres another great song from Kamelot " Love you to death" Its even better... great vocal melodies intune with heavy riffings. After all its 'love' and 'death'.... go figure!
Nice video! It has everything I imagined for the minute. I must say they create songs with a full vision of the story itself, because It's so coherent, so meaningfull. Great job Kamelot, you are true musicians!
I have to admit I laughed when I read on here that "they hoped Kamelot would never go mainstream"...
I found it odd that I just couldn't get into Ghost Opera as much the two previous albums (wich are fantastic). Then I realised it's because the sound has changed. It's allot more mainstream sounding to me. Especially this song wich comes really close to sounding like a generic radio rock song. I love Kamelot but like.. wow.
@deathresist I couldn't disagree more considering this is one of my top ten favorite Kamelot songs, and believe me, I've heard them all. I've also learned this song on my piano/keyboard, among many other Kamelot songs, and I think it's one of their more technical ones. Even though Ghost Opera isn't my favorite album either, I wouldn't go so far as to say that it sounds commercial. I think the band was just trying to take a new direction musically.
WOW!!! Great band with awesome songs. I first learned about Kamelot just a few days ago. This band deserves to be one of the top among power metal ones. March of Mephisto, The Human Stain and Rule the World are very good! I agree with the guy who wrote previously that Dimmu looks absolutely creepy in March of Mephisto, but it's actually Camelot who made this song real good
I've always found this to be a very disconcerting video to watch due to the cinematography, but all the same I find that I can't get enough of it. It is most likely one of my favorite Kamelot videos.
@photographerleia I thought the cinematography was great, I didn't find it to be disconcerting at all. I think the swooping camera angles gives the video the feeling it needs to make the viewer feel like they are being taken on a journey through time.
Actually, I hope these guys never make it mainstream. Simply because every band I have ever liked that did turned to utter crap or folded to financial gain and sold out in some form. Think Metallica!
well, yeah, but metallica wasnt half this good to begin with. I dont think these guys would crumble to greed like metallica did anyways. theyd make music almost as good as this an any case, but i wish theyd make another concept album like epica and the black halo. id say that was the highest point in their music.
There's plenty of things to listen to if you want screaming. Kamelot is one of the few bands that knows good metal doesn't need someone growling, I'd rather keep that
The most underrated band in the world. Kamelot are my favorite and they deserve much more exposure then they get. I'll literally jump for joy if their songs ever make it on Guitar Hero.
You're damn right they don't! I'm a huge metal fan and I JUST heard of them a few weeks back. For as gifted as they are, they don't get near the exposure they deserve

Usually every song that they have made has some sort of backstory to it. Here they are depicting the events that happen due to humananity's causes.

@Sorasen Yeah, I was just thinking about it. You know, Gutural voice is cool, Kamelot used it with Shagrath, but they know how to use, understand?
If you get a microphone and just sing as a Mephisto a full album, it loses the meaning, the soul of the song.
Kamelot has music that is full of "soul of the song"...
