As much as I appreciate Peter's dedication in changing society, I think it is very unwise of him to call Alex a sociopath and a clown. This can be misinterpreted in a way that portrays him as someone who also opposes anyone that does not instantly agree with all of his ideas. Some people have a strong attachment to their values due to their conditioning, and PJ should be well aware of that, instead of saying "he CANNOT change his world view." As Jacque Fresco have explained, it is not within a human being to know the difference between what we would call operant behavior and abhorrent behavior. I will say this: If you are a libertarian, particularly a right-libertarian, you cannot be opposed to RBE if it evolves through volunteerism, and is ultimately peaceful. But if gov't becomes totalitarian, RBE becomes impossible. If Alex is right about the NWO, he inadvertently supports Peter, if RBE is a natural evolution under a free market.

it was good he didn´t filter the question. It was really good he got a chance to express himself about this guy and pretty much make very clear that he won´t be a part of this guy´s game. He´s too focused and concentrated in his objective with TZM that he won´t let this guy or anyone else get in the way. It´s a shame that The Venus Project people decided to detach themselves from TZM, especially after Peter trusted them and dedicated precious time of their films supporting their good ideas.

I have watched Zeitgeist: addendum and whilst it explained the way things work quite well it jumped from avoiding the common assumptions most of us accept to making incredible assumptions, such as that there are sufficient resources to make such a technocratic 'solution' possible. I can only refer people to the Michael C Ruppert film "Collapse" to see why this is impossible and most of the solutions advocated in the film are unfeasible.

@Quex01 I hate to say it but a huge proportion of hospital test results are produced through machines. When a machine spits out data, I don't go over the endless calculations with my calculator to ensure that it's correct. That work has already been done in the "work up" phase that ensures that the results are accurate. All I do after receiving data is to make a cursory check to ensure the results make sense. Far more efficient and accurate. Humans will always be there checking the data.

what people fail to realise is that it seems like they are trying to do at once, what has to be done in sequence. Alex looks at it from a mere anglo-american political view. which is the matter at hand here. Only after the economic collaps, we find ourselves in a fase of sociologic stress. this is where Alex will lose turf, sincehe does not function on the sociologic level. As much as I appreciate Peter's dedication in changing society, I think it is very unwise of him to call Alex a sociopath and a clown. This can be misinterpreted in a way that portrays him as someone who also opposes anyone that does not instantly agree with all of his ideas. Some people have a strong attachment to their values due to their conditioning, and PJ should be well aware of that, instead of saying "he CANNOT change his world view." @amamerc Actually, sorry, I found a few clips where Alex did talk about Peter after the interview, in which he uses a string of strawmans to discredit RBE. I will say this: If you are a libertarian, particularly a right-libertarian, you cannot be opposed to RBE if it evolves through volunteerism, and is ultimately peaceful. But if gov't becomes totalitarian, RBE becomes impossible. If Alex is right about the NWO, he inadvertently supports Peter, if RBE is a natural evolution under a free market.

@evoshandor11 So to sum up my point: Peter, Alex, Roxanne & Jacque, and whoever of whatever party will always have some remnants of the scars they have from this value system. Their view is law, or at least some small basis or foundation is law to them. That foundation can not be changed. Peter's basis is rather small, though, while Alex's basis is rather big, I think. I haven't looked as much into Alex as I have looked into Peter though, but Peter makes more sense to most people in general.

When he called Alex a "clown," he said that because when they were in a discussion, Alex was prudent, rude, and brought nothing tangible to the table. I have no idea if that would be possible... and it would be scary to think that humans have no control over their environment, in the hands of machines. I have watched Zeitgeist: addendum and whilst it explained the way things work quite well it jumped from avoiding the common assumptions most of us accept to making incredible assumptions, such as that there are sufficient resources to make such a technocratic 'solution' possible. I can only refer people to the Michael C Ruppert film "Collapse" to see why this is impossible and most of the solutions advocated in the film are unfeasible.

And of course in the transition period people will die, groups of people advocating certain ideas will attack on people that advocate differrent ideas. Anyway there is the possibility if this social collapse - that will occur - has as a result a nuclear war then it's another scenario that we'll have to put in mind and try estimate the damage of it and first and above all costs try prevent it.

Alex Jones suggests no answers at all. His claim is that imprisoning the bankers will solve everything which is a joke. He profits off fear mongering his listeners as a COMMERCIAL BROADCASTER.
His full interview with Peter Joseph shows his close-mindedness and erratic behavior. Although Alex Jones woke me up to the problems TZM & TVP have provided a road map to change which is FAR DIFFERENT THAN ANY NWO. The NWO that threatens humanity is already in power so WAKE UP SHEEPLE!

Society run by computers is pretty scary. And that just about the same thing, that globalist want - a perfect society for small group of "enlightened" ones.
In sixties in Soviet Union they talked endlessly how future will be all machines and everybody can have what they need and there will be no money. Most work is done by robots and we can all paint and write poetry in our free time. That world should of come to life about in the eighties, only problem was that Soviet Union collapsed, lol

@Quex01 I hate to say it but a huge proportion of hospital test results are produced through machines. When a machine spits out data, I don't go over the endless calculations with my calculator to ensure that it's correct. That work has already been done in the "work up" phase that ensures that the results are accurate. All I do after receiving data is to make a cursory check to ensure the results make sense. Far more efficient and accurate. Humans will always be there checking the data.

Read Aristotle, Marx and Engels, Oscar Wilde (the soul of man), Herbert Marcuse, Jaque Fresco and so on. And you will understand what it is all about in it's real sense. Agreed, the ironic thing is many people don't see how a ruling elite will actually benefit from a RBE. It's not the ruling elite that cures diseases and makes scientific discoveries, its the ingenuity of people.
Darwin for example was independently wealthy enough to study biology and travel with captain Fitzroy, if he had to flip burgers to pay the rent we would still have small pox and polio problems. TVP aims to elevate people to their highest potential, so everyone wins.

Even if it were, it certainly isn't sustainable with the population exponentially increasing as it has been. Population IS a real issue that does need to be addressed, but isn't it just a little bit curious that the Venus Project (from what I've seen at least) completely dodges this issue? Why does the Venus Project support this claim? Because scientific studies have shown us many times that the more educated you are, naturally the less children you have. If you've ever watched "The Great Debaters", you'll see this. Denzel Washington's character was called a communist simply for helping farmers stand up for their rights. Yelling communist is just an easier way of arguing, than actually coming up with a more valid argument.
