lets face it the TU5J4 peugeot engine in the 106 responds well to cheap and cheerful mods and a 328 isnt amazingly fast. I had a completely standard 106GTi pull 15.6 seconds standing quater mile at santapod! I now own an e46 330i and it is considerably faster from 40 than the 106 but around town keeping up with one would be hard work. They are two completely different cars and require different styles of driving!

Really? Well not any German car. It would have to have more HP anyway, and in straight line only. Whatever, put a M3 againt a 205 MI16, Clio RS/V6 or 306 S16/GTI-6 all stock on a curvy track during 10 laps, and I assure you the beemer would smoke the dust all around really heavily. Beemer even M3 have weak brakes and definitely not the handling of french hot hatch.

Well HP/weight ratio is by far not the same between cars and bikes. Or then put a 205 T16 Group B against your ZX10R, and you will see who the slow hatch is slower than you. ;)
a 205... they are junk. so what if it has a puny t16 with like 400hp it wouldn't have a chance believe me. i recently ran a 9.4second 1/4. videos up soon :) i doubt one of them little t16 things have a top speed on the excititng side of 210mph

You mixed up man. In my family no one made the half of kms (and with a lot of problems) in BMW than my 205 (500k kmswith allmost no problems). I had a 306 with 270k kms without pb, we had 505 with 750k and 800k kms, 504 with over 500k, 106 with 300k kms and all were working well when we sold it. None of BMW were working as well as Pugs after 150k kms. My actual Audi A4 V6 has 85k kms and already problems with electronic. German cars are overrated and overpriced. Next time I'll buy a Peugeot!

As a Bmw owner im sorry guys but around town the little pug would make mincemeat of the BMW. The little pug is one of the best handling value for money supermini's about. But that is what it is a "Supermini" A Bmw is a more executive car designed for dealing with autobahn comfortably and efficiently. lets face it the TU5J4 peugeot engine in the 106 responds well to cheap and cheerful mods and a 328 isnt amazingly fast. I had a completely standard 106GTi pull 15.6 seconds standing quater mile at santapod! I now own an e46 330i and it is considerably faster from 40 than the 106 but around town keeping up with one would be hard work. They are two completely different cars and require different styles of driving!

Really? Well not any German car. It would have to have more HP anyway, and in straight line only. Whatever, put a M3 againt a 205 MI16, Clio RS/V6 or 306 S16/GTI-6 all stock on a curvy track during 10 laps, and I assure you the beemer would smoke the dust all around really heavily. Beemer even M3 have weak brakes and definitely not the handling of french hot hatch.

Well HP/weight ratio is by far not the same between cars and bikes. Or then put a 205 T16 Group B against your ZX10R, and you will see who the slow hatch is slower than you. ;)

a 205... they are junk. so what if it has a puny t16 with like 400hp it wouldn't have a chance believe me. i recently ran a 9.4second 1/4. videos up soon :) i doubt one of them little t16 things have a top speed on the excititng side of 210mph

Well. It was 350HP phase 1, 450HP phase 2, 600HP+ for Paris Dakar and Pikes peak.
The car was able to make 0-100 in less than 2,5 sec in his last version, and in the same year for a test would have taken 3rd position in France GP formula 1. Do you really think your motorbike would have a chance. The top speed was from 145 to 176 mph due to short gear ratio, as in rally they didn't need to go that fast as it was impossible. Change the gear ratio and it could go over 200mph believe me.

er trust me... power to weight ratios. peugeots are shit anyhows. 600hp+ thats not enough. you need 800hp+ to keep up with a 1k bike. and i doubt it would go 200mph

Well the Peugeot 905 Le mans was only 550 HP and made + 255 mph (408km/h exactly) in Le Mans Hunaudière in 1992. And what can a road motorbike again a competition car? Peugeot are shit as you say, but when they were in competitions the often wons against competitors as Porsche, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, GM, Jaguar, Audi. You're not really obvious man.

lol 550hp and 255 mph dont talk shit. the le mans cars did 210-215 something like that. you'd need alot more than 550hp to hit 255mph. yes peugeot are shit lol. well how is a road bike going to compete against a racing car..... put a bike against any car. Ferrari Lamborghini Mclaren even the much taunted veyron. and 99% of the time the bike would pull from the car for a distance. 1000cc + the new busa or ZZR1400...

You mixed up man. In my family no one made the half of kms (and with a lot of problems) in BMW than my 205 (500k kmswith allmost no problems). I had a 306 with 270k kms without pb, we had 505 with 750k and 800k kms, 504 with over 500k, 106 with 300k kms and all were working well when we sold it. None of BMW were working as well as Pugs after 150k kms. My actual Audi A4 V6 has 85k kms and already problems with electronic. German cars are overrated and overpriced. Next time I'll buy a Peugeot!

As a Bmw owner im sorry guys but around town the little pug would make mincemeat of the BMW. The little pug is one of the best handling value for money supermini's about. But that is what it is a "Supermini" A Bmw is a more executive car designed for dealing with autobahn comfortably and efficiently. Dont come on saying that your corsa VXRGTIGTE 16v is the best car ever because it maybe clever but it is not. They are different cars for different markets in different leagues in different ways.

the 106 gti is extremely light and its the gear ratios and the throttle body ( no not throttle bodies ) that make it acclerate so fast even when standard
