Floyd will win by UD based on ring generalship and boxing. This fight will be the first time that Manny faces a slick pure boxer oppose to the punchers that he normally faces who tend to be flat footed and sit down on their punches in effort to land the hard blow instead of the clean blow. Not to mention the 4-5" reach advantage to Floyd. I think Manny would destroy anyone from 145 on down with ease excluding Floyd, Margarito & Shane Mosely...too big and too skilled.
