I wonder if the kid driving the C63 remembered to take it out of comfort mode? I didn't even discover "sport" mode until 2 weeks after buying my car... Ha! @warger92 Im not a dumb ass. I own the C63 coupe with the P31 pack. Its over 480hp and goes 0-60 in under 4 seconds with launch control. All I ever meant by my comments was that I dont think the bmw would pull away like that from the stop light, even with the upgrades the 63 should get a tiny jump or at least keep up at the start because of the torque. the bmw would still win with those upgrades, but it shouldnt out pull the MB from a dead stop like it does in this vid,thats why i question it

I think many of the videos of this C63 beating other cars was after he got it tuned. Not sure what kind of power is freed up from a tune on the N/A AMG's but those turbo BMW's have ALOT left on the table and a tune really wakes them up. Plus the 1 series is a feather weight. This BMW has to be close to a high 11 second car I'd bet. Cool video. C63 does sounded INSANE.

I know the car performs well for its range ( 300hp/300torque and 0-60 in the low 5's) but to beat the Benz: 457-481 hp/446torque and does 0-60 in just over 4 seconds you would need to put a lot of money into the BMW ( ECU flash, exhaust , intake, intercooler etc.)if the turbo has been upgraded they still take time to spool up and arent a huge advantage pulling away and I saw no gauges in the car. Just asking?
@demonchild812 JB4 chipped pushes boost to 14 PSI, Go to stage 2 bolt ons (FMIC, Catless DPs, and a Intake) Pushes to 16psi with 400bhp/tq Upgraded RB turbos for $3500, pushes it to about 520Bhp, another grand for a meth kit, pushing over 600's eaisly. JB4 alone brings the car down to a 0-60 in 4ish seconds, it all depends on the driver though. So after all the modding you spent $6500, and everything can be installed yourself if you have common sense.

I'm asking because there were no boost gauges or any sign of such a set up in this car plus when he was on the gas there was no turbo whine or modded exhaust noise which should be easily noticeable. Also the mods you listed vs. the HP you're suggesting seem pretty optimistic as well as the price and the DIY job. You need a major set up to do this job

All you would need is jacks in your driveway and then download the 50 DIY guides online that makes it so easy a caveman could do it. Turbos would take more time, but it wont cost over 600 to install at the right place. Everything you buy is plug n play, thats how you know it works, LSD would help, but not needed.

@demonchild812 looks like he has a JB4 chip based off the flashers going as shift lights. So the wheel HP with that chip alone is about 340. If he was to add downpipes around 360. Then meth he would be over 400. This can all be done for under $2k...not exactly a lot of money to have a car faster than damn near anything else on the road.
