At 2:11, why did the welfare worker take Mr. Neillson's hat or, was it her hat that Mr. Neillson took from her? I wasn't sure if it was hers or his since she was already holding a hat that looked like his and after she took it away from him, Mr. Neillson said to Pippi "she took my hat" where it sounded and felt like that, that hat belonged to Mr. Neillson.

I agree. It was very funny. It's also strange that, that welfare workers assistant was more arrogant and bossy with Pippi but, she never hit Pippi like the welfare worker did. (The welfare worker was also rude at 2:04 not to take the bag of gold Pippi gave her to give to the children in the orphanage).
