You gotta send a "signal to the markets"? Don't you know that markets are SELF-regulating?
And WHY look for "carbon free alternatives"? Why not use the plentiful, proven -- and CHEAP -- fuels we already have?
True, the STATE can send a "signal to the markets" by taxing ANY substance or by legislatively prohibiting its use. But WHY?
What are you THINKING? Can you provide ANY reasoning behind your STRANGE agenda? Why not attack, for example, ice cream? Or saxophones or sky diving?
