I WAS USING VISUAL C++, SO I CHANGED THE

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mi­crosoft\VCSExpress\9.0\Registr­ation]

INTO

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mi­crosoft\VC++Express\9.0\Regist­ration]

AND IT WORKED!!

I ALSO TRIED USING IT FOR VB SO I CHANGED IT TO VBEXPRESS BUT I ALREADY HAD THE REGISTERED VERSION SO I SENT TO MY FRIEND AND HE TRIED AND IT WORKED!!

You don't need to put it in a specific folder! You just need to click the registry file and it autometicaly solve the problem!

worked for me but if you don't want to download the two reg files just go into start->run type in regedit and navigate to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER location. once there change the param value from the hex to 1 and it works.

Ye worked for me thanks! I didn't download the files though, just did it with regedit. If anyone has problems with the files open run ( or use winkey + r ) type regedit. then go into the folders as the file in the video shows and "modify" "params" yourself to 1. Worked for C++ with me :)

Thanks, it worked perfectly! For those who don't want to download anything, you can just use regedit to manually edit the value in the registry. The value to edit is the one listed in the file he opens in the video.

If you want to solve Visual Studio C++ you need to change the location:

from:
