Other than the levels being all over the place and your choices of music for the piece, I too hope you received an ~A~ for your project!! It was very entertaining!!
You did a great job! I know you said this was for a History class, but are you a Radio, TV, Film major? If not you ought to consider it. Pretty good editing!
The assignment was to be a multimedia presentation but this particular professor liked when you got creative and did something different with your assignments. The multiple-choice approach made it a little more fun to present to a group.
An awesome piece! I couldn't help but get a little teary eyed thinking about listening to him with my grandparents when I was a kid. He will be missed greatly. RIP Paul Harvey
Listening to Mr. Harvey since I was a young kid of 12 in 1969, I always loved his voice and the content of his "real" news. Yes the real news that Paul relayed was to the point and interesting, it was fun to listen to his broadcasts and I looked foward to the next days helping.
We shall miss this honest man, the real most trusted anchorman in the country, God bless Mr. Paul Harvey,,, Good Day!!
What if Paul Harvey told this story in his own style? He would tell it all the same, probably, but then reveal that "that young boy's name was none other than Paul Harvey, yours truly. Now you know... The rest of the story"
Thank you very much for the great documentary on Paul Harvey. I have been in radio for 43 years, working nationally (for 20 years) for the old UPI Radio Network. I can tell you that everyone in broadcasting owes a debt to Harvey. We always joked, that now that Arthbur Godfrey, Murrow and Don MacNeil are gone, when Paul Harvey dies, he's going to take radio with him. He proves that the power of the spoken voice is amazing. I first heard him in '54. Now I manage a station that carries his shows!

Did you pause for people to answer the questions or did they just call out answers?

shaggy--"angel"
thanks, by the way. It was a final project for a recent U.s. history course.

Hey,
Nice work on this. It's informative and well put together. I congratulate your work and effort.
One question: What song is that during the "Angel" segment?
:)
