But you see what happens when someone with little or no musicial experience or skill steps into the recording studio... you end up w/ songs like Rebecca Black's Friday. I'm a firm believer in that anyone who is talented enough to be an intrumentalist, composer, and singer...will produce a much better end product. But again your right a singer or composer doesn't have to play an instrument to be considered a musician.
