its all about education. we need to get rid of some lessons in schools like french etc... and replace them with lessons on life. invite reformed ex gangsta's in to talk to the kids, bring in a mother of a son who was murdered in a gang fight, teach them that actions have consequences. but instead of teaching them actual life lessons and respect , we teach them french for 1 hr a lesson(something they will probably never use)
