For future haters of this post, I did figure it out. Not through the video but logically deducing its structure.
finished second fish figured it out. Brand new fresh non bent bills from bank, double check you line before final crease, invert folds so it feel like brail lines on the back of the bill... be patient

Well, I did something wrong as it did not turn out like that (start of the video)
When folding the back and making pleats do you make valley folds in between two creases or do you make the pleat over a total of three creases?
