Once when he was misbehaving in Arabasta (Vivi and the Bond of Comrades I think it's called) and in movie 4 Dead End Adventure when they were eating in a bar. Zoro's only hit him when he says something REALLY stupid but even that's a rare occassion for Luffy. Robin, I don't think has ever hit Luffy.

I'm actually surprised thought because Vivi rarely hits Luffy. Neither does Zoro,Chopper or Robin It's usually just Nami and Sanji and sometimes Usopp.
