I don't have many spots but I have scars from when I've had spots. I never pick or squeeze spots but I still get scars. And ideas or treatments that can help (I have tried bio oil)
@kasuma25 me too,I know how that feels..it really depends on what makes you break out or dry out your skin..have you tried this treatment already, did it work?If you have and want to do it again stay away from nivea, not good for the sensitive skin of your face(you can use it on the body though).look for organic skin care lines, try them out carefully, gradually changing your skincare:)
You remind me sooooooooooo much of Rosario Dawson! I saw Percy Jackson and the lightning thief yesterday, and I thouhgt it was you OR your sister.. JEEZ! :D
@obCEAssed I just use raw honey and sea salt once a week but i always moisturise....at night with face lotions that dont have spf! Moisturizing helpes ALOT to....
@YengConstantine Yep.. That's the acne site I'm talking about.. They are famous for treating the acne marks and scars vanished as well as removing the blackhead and spot on your skin.. I was once its user and in just a couple of days, skin problems were all gone..:)) Anyway, let me remind you that you interchange its name. That should be acne-handbook(dot)com
so i live in europe, it's really cold and stuff. so i never swim only in the summer time, but it's still freezing cold, and i only do it once a year. SO. this summer holiday I went to the Philippines and I swam every single day. and i have very very bad acne (im slightly exaggerating) and WOOPTY! after being on the beach, soaking up the sun and sea salt, my acne was 90 % gone!! true story :)
question for the toner do you mis the salt with toner or do you mix it with water and put it in the bottle? ik this is a stupid question but i really am confused
you can use the salt water toner as a wave spray but mixing the water and sea salt in a bottle and shaking it up, then apply it to your hair and it will give you the "back from the beach" waves
I've been using salt on my face for years (since I was 13 and now I'm 21) and it's the first time I see a video where it is used correctly.. for my skin, it works better if I pat a thin layer of wet salt directly on my face until it dries.. like a salt mask, then I wash it off gently and moisturize.. XD sea salt is amazing but table salt works well, also..
This is gonna sound a little gross but I have to ask lol. For the sea salt bath is that in anyway bad for...your girly area? lol pH balance and what not
@feedmelanie hello! I actually work as a sexual health outreach program coordinator and i can assure you that it will not affect your girly bits! as long as you are not intentionally shoving salt water internally you should be fine. In addition your body is a self cleaning system so if a little bit of water gets in, your body should clean it out on its own.
@feedmelanie i don't think it's bad for your girly area. Cause, you do swim in the ocean full of salt, right? So I think you just have to rinse that area with feminine soap or whatever afterwards :)
@feedmelanie thats actually a really good question but i dont think it should affect you there because when you go swiming in the ocean nothing happens to it so i think it should be fine :)
@feedmelanie this is such a ridiculous question: don't you ever go swimming in the sea? i guess if you haven't this wouldn't be ridic. but if you have. wtf were you thinking?!?! or were you thinking at all?
@feedmelanie no, sea salt won't change your PH balance, in that area, unless you are physically flushing it with something like a douche or something like that.
OMGGGG...THIS IS PURE GENIUSSS...I wonderedd why my faced cleared up so much when I went to Puerto Rico...It's because of the salt waterrrrrr...THANKKK UUU...^.^
@SydneyNicolebeauty Sometimes when a product is working for your skin, it can burn and make you break out for a few days, and then it starts to go aways!! because that means all your zits and pimples are coming to the surface before they dissapear!:) i would keep trying it. it made my face really red and burned but it works so well:)
Great video!!! I used a product from the UK called Teenage Dream by Mama Nature. It has been a revelation for me. It contains natural oils which you would think would make your skin more oily but amazingly it does the opposite. It doesn't dry your skin out though and it gives it a nice feel. It is expensive ($37 including shipping from the UK) and it made my acne worse at first but then it got better and now it is gone. AWESOME PRODUCT. A friend has had similar results. I am spreading the word.
I did the steam one and no joke it worked in ONE try it's awesome!!! But you're right it dried out my skin badly i already have really dry skin so I had to use an intense moisturizer. Thank you SO SO much Andrea p.s. my sisters name is Andrea :)
I used sea salt and the cloth method and it created more zits and acne more than before..I guess my skin is too sensitive, but I will definitely try the honey and sea salt one.
