They have redefined certain terms in the constitution in order to destroy individual property rights. For instance, they redefined the term public in reference to imminent domain so that private property can be seized for no genuine public concern.
As for conservatives taking us to war, of the major military conflicts that the U.S. has been involved in over the past 100 years, most of them have been fought under the command of liberal Democrats.
Beyond all that, conservatives don't invade our privacy, liberals do. It was liberals like the Kennedys who illegally wiretapped people like MLK, not conservatives. Bush's Patriot Act doesn't apply to American citizens unless they are communicating with known terrorists overseas, and every bit of that act is open to public scrutiny. Bill Clinton, on the other hand, used practically the same sort of surveillance techniques against America citizens communicating with other Americans within the US.

You refuse to accept the Certificate of Live Birth as a legal proof of citizenship. It is. Hawaii always gives people the COLB to people who ask for a birth cirtificate. Do you really think that if Obama traveled with a Kenyan or Indonesian passport, nobody would have caught on by now?

His COLB is a forgery, and everyone who has taken even a cursory look at it knows so. That's precisely why this whole citizenship issue came about. If you have a real birth certificate, why would you try to pass off a forged COLB as something it clearly isn't? And don't go throwing around red herrings like "you people would claim..." and other idiotic assertions. As for Hawaii giving COLBs in place of genuine birth certificates, that's so ridiculous it's not even worth commenting on.

The number shown on a kot of sites that show its authenticity. The seal is also shown on some of those places.. You should try getting your info from more diverse sources. I do. I've seen the ones that try to prove it's foged too.
The COLB is not forged. Hawaii verified its authenticiy and has said that his vault birth certificate proves he was born in Honolulu also.

It's not defamation if it's true, and so far Obama has done everything in his power to avoid disproving such allegations. He could easily clear up the birth certificate question by doing something so simple that the vast majority of Americans have done it at some point in their lives... produce a valid birth certificate. Instead he has spent hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars on lawyers to argue technicalities in court so that he doesn't have to produce proof of his citizenship.
