  • Thats really Amazing!

  • AMAZING!

  • cool...

  • has he dropped somethin' on the floor or what is he looking for?

  • He must have mega strong legs

  • Best form

  • Wow, i've never seen a style like it.

  • this guy wins at limbo every time

  • and this is why he can do this at 96 yrs old....exercise people...exercise

  • Yep, thoroughly impressive. Great resolve adhered to achieve this level. Starting young with the right people will also help. but ultimately it's all a great effort and commitment to the life.

    The Anvil. (Bows)

  • 你瘋了~~!!!!

  • anyone know the name of the music?

  • @darkdrake13

It's a variation of "Man of Determination" or Nan er dang zi qiang (男兒當自強)

Which was the theme song for Once Upon a Time in China. As far as this specific version, I don't know who did it, but I hope that helps some.

  • @Punchabearinnamouf thanks alot.

  • great

  • it is true kongfu

  • this is harder than it looks everyone so dont get your hopes up.....

  • This is totally beautiful ! Amazing what deep dedication can do!

  • cont......for large muscles, this is why the kung fu masters and yogi are so skinny, they rely on tendons and ligaments for their strength and power, it also allows them to lead far longer and healthier lives, as we know our muscles produce toxins so the less muscle we have the less toxins are being produced within the body, with less muscle there is also less tension within the body as these guys learn to move and train in a relaxed state, also improving mental health, Chinese Martial Arts Rule

  • @jalidav1 Muscles produce toxins? I think you've got that one wrong buddy!Muscles are a healthy tissue, fact! Every tissue in the body produces toxins! I do agree that taken to an excess(bodybuilders) then it doesn't become quite so healthy. Its healthy to have good muscle and low body fat percentage!

  • @MrPutrifyingEagor you contradicted yourself, you said i'm wrong for staying muscles produce toxins and then you say that all tissue produces toxins, so which is it? In most chinese arts the exercises are designed to get your body to relax while performing these movements so that you rely on your tendons for strength, thus releasing the need for tension, I powerlifted for 6 years thinking large muscle mass was the only way to build strength, but one wing chun class changed my mind forever

  • I love how people who know nothing mention the damage he is doing to his joints, the guy has to be about 40 and has probably been training his whole life, does it look like his joints are in poor condition? People in china train like this their whole lives, watch the video of the 117 year old Bagua master and see how he moves, furthermore look at the yogis in india who spend their lives in yoga training, this type of suppleness strengthens the joints and tendons and relieves the bodies need

  • HOWWW!!!!!!!!

  • i bet his knees sound like rice krispy cereal after you pour milk in it

  • NOT kung fu, it's Tai Chi Quan...

  • reminds me of that guy from kung fu hustle

  • I wonder if this guy has any balls anymore cause this is crazy!!!!!

  • Teach me kung fu

  • He is good, traditional or not he is good. I would have called him: Dance champion.

  • good lord have mercy that is crazy

  • He needs to eat something!

  • @FleshlightPro I never said I wanted to be a pro.

  • Comment removed

  • I would still beat his ass

  • @ThaProdygy and i'd beat yours!

  • Thats easy. I can do this, too. But only one time, then my joints are ruined forever.

  • @atropin87 that's because you are a faggot

  • For those who think this is just about flexibility, you miss the point. Flexibility is a bonus here, but the most important point of the form is to connect every joint of the body so that when the waist moves the whole body moves. The force starts from the waist (or you can say dantian, the belly) and passes to fingures, toes and head through wave and spiral motion. This takes years to train. An equally flexible person without trainning cannot do this.

  • @outsky2008 You're a fucking clown; this is simply just flexibility and dance practice. Get over it you credulous loon.

  • @xChuckNorrisKickx Do you have anything meaningful to post. Let us see what you can do. You seem like the sort of punk I'd run off the job before break time.

  • A True display. I am intrigued

  • An amazing display of flexibility, balance, and awesome skill. Notice his feet are completely flat on the ground when his body collapses to the floor stretching his hamstrings beyond what would normally be called a human limit :-). Jiu Jitsu practitioners dream of such flexibility. Hi spiraling movements and quick direction changes can redirect incoming energy at any level (i.e. from toes to head).

  • Are you guys serious? A gymnast? Not kung fu? Do you SEE how stable he is? He could be hitting and dodging and not move his feet. I'll bet you could kick his legs and he wouldn't budge. He can go up and down way quicker than an average person, plus turn faster and use his body weight to hit harder. Now, he does all this with planted feet. Meaning most of his leg and lower body strength is dedicated to not moving, and each body part would be relying on it's own strength. THAT is hardcore.

  • Ohh wow that woulda been a great commercial for noodles*yummy*

  • i must be asleep... the amazing part regards to his contortionism? huh... not that amazing, right? I mean, kung-fu wise...

  • oink oink!

  • vs anderson silvaaaA!

  • That is a basic Snake style exercise.

  • he is real good

  • any person that are as flexible as he is can do this... so whats the fucking deal...

  • @klantarN Being that flexible. And maintaining that flexibility past the age of 10.

  • @lavalizard3 yeah = any elite gymnast.....

  • ehm, i was thinking, can people start training kung-fu when they are 18+ and never train it before? or is to late.?

  • @olaalskardig Never too late! Start with Tai Chi of some sort (Yang, Chen, Wu); that will develop Tai Chi inside of you which exists in between Wuji (no extremeties) and Yin/Yang (expression of your action). Once you attain Tai Chi you can move on to other things like Bagua.

  • @slipmat707 :O so many things to train, i have train kickboxning in 14 years, that might help some too :P

  • This exercise is not about fighting. You're very ignorant if u think this is what it's about. This is training the internal organs to prolong life and increase internal happiness. It has absolutely nothing to do with cage fighting or being a "master". If u think this is only about training to fight then you're stupid. If u really want to test your skills forget cage fighting, go to Afghanistan. Then you can test your big head.

  • put all this "masters" in UFC cage and in 30 seconds there is no "master".. its funny to look on all this bullshit. in real fight its worth nothing..

  • @insistence1980 I never just rule anything out..... That's what foolish assholes do.

  • @insistence1980 yeah bring it on you american fat ass. ill whoop your fucking ass in 10 seconds

  • if u understand this... u know its AWSOME!

  • looks like a nigga

  • neijia quan

  • strong leg force

  • i just to do that shit when i was lil most of the time when my mom was whooping my ass

  • Stop this shit and hit something dude !!!

  • Pokemon I choose you

  • zzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • This guy is a true badass

  • good

  • he's doing the stanky leg

  • amazing

  • His body is like water.. taking any form.. really impressive. I am in the wrong place.. people only care about soccer here.. so lame.

  • This is TaiYi Qigong, some of the most esoteric aspects of Wudang Temple martial arts.

If you let this guy touches you on the wrist or the abdomen, you will feel like being "electrocuted", or a spiral energy drills straight into your body, my friend had himself tested guinea pig on Mt Wudang and he got sent tumbling on the ground grasping for air.....

    [Thumbs Up]

  • strikes really hard on 1.00-.1.15, humiliation will be stop if we have experiment

  • my dog can do that

  • @MyDiabollo Please post the video of your dog doing this !!!

  • @anoopd1 O.K. but first i have to buy a camera.I'm kind of broke.

  • thank you for your kind words of body and mind sir

    i love you

    haramitayso

  • power is not a way of releasing energy

power is a way of holding energy

  • Elastic legs

  • sometimes i wish i could bend like that but unfortunatly im about as flexible as a 2X4

  • and i bet he's 102 years old!

  • @Rotschopf1991 he's in the 30's when that video was shot.

  • HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what a mster..... amazing....

  • HA-ME.....

  • so utterly pointless and bad for your knees

  • @lawler123 you dont know what you're talking about

  • That's some seriously dynamic qigong. Just looking how fluid that guys moves shows how good is body alinement's are.

  • очень хорошо

  • does he drunk ?

  • Ummm anyone else unable to pause the video?

  • KA-Me...dude that's funny. Yo took to DBZ

  • Thats what i do to turn my girlfriend on

  • this is boring

  • let me clarify one thing, whoever says he's a shoalin practitioner is a fraud and an idiot. True shoalin practitioners don't have youtube accounts nor computers for that matter. True shoalin practitioners are shoalin monks who live in temples in worship all their lives. I do NOT practice shoalin, i practice wushu. Oh and this qi gong you idiots, its supposed to be slow. its all about your inner energy and if you don't know what that means, then you do not know true kung fu.

  • @AnotherOrdinaryGuy1 , actually i just saw a documentary a couple weeks ago, shot inside The shaolin monastery, where they now have hundreds of CCTV set up to stop Tourists stealing stuff, the Abbot has a mobile phone and is Chair of the committee, that recently took various commercial interests to task over copyright. Shaolin is now 21st century, students vie for places on the touring performance teams, and shaolin is a business.

Sorry if this offends : /

  • @MrPlasticfriend it doens't but allow me to inform you about something not commonly known. Shoalin monks never wanted to go public and offer their lifestyle to international strangers but they were forced because every year they could see the shoalin lifestyle decreasing in population which is what they feared, that the shoalin will be no more. so they decided to show a PART not the whole, a part of their lifestyle. true shoalin secrets will never be revealed. thnx for the convo

  • wow here is lots of internet kung fu masters

  • KA-ME.....

  • youtube comment section idiots - compensating small wieners since 2004

  • what a slow idiot he looks like i own him he dont do real kung fu... shaolin owns him i have been on shaolin 16 years i started when i was 3 thing how many years old i'm and how pro i'm :D

  • @GreenNature342 I am curently training shaolin kung fu. I have since I was 5. We are no where near pros. Never underestimate. And if you were a pro, and a true shaolin warrior, you would be humble about it.

  • @KatelinsLife humility is good and all but you can also be proud of your humility... cause even more vain pride then ... pride it self on other things

  • @KatelinsLife

that´s true, I hate ppl who are underestimating martial arts and saying thing like look at me I am soo cool -_-'' A true master is humble and never underestimate and knows that kung fu isnt about fighting, it's a way of living, a true art ..

  • @KatelinsLife

I'm a kyboard warroir and with my secret EDV technique i beat everyone on the internetground.>:D

  • @MidnightStar1000 I'm sure.

  • @KatelinsLife If you want to be pro. stop sitting in front of the pc and train rest of ur life!

  • @GreenNature342

And arrogant it appears. Consider what you could learn from person, a sharing of knowledge and talent a gift of skills if they are willing, to add to 16years of training. Question, if another master were to visit and ask for shelter would he have to fight to gain entry and respect? Or would he be given warm welcome, a bowl of something warm and good homour? I hope if I knock on the door you don't answer as I would walk away hungry.

  • @GreenNature342 You, Sir, have no clue about Kung Fu. You wasted 16 years of your life, congratulations.

  • This has nothing to do with race folks. He's not twisting his knees as much as you'd think. With the proper hip flexibility femur can be turned so that knee doesn't have to take all of the twisting.

And what is serpent technique? You mean snake style?

  • serpent technique isn't it?

    some seriously amazing moves there.

  • i bet he cant stand a PUNCH

  • @tttzon the soul purpose of kung fu is to deflect the energy of punches not to stand there and let u punch him.... for most kung fu that is except for a few exception so u are quite arrogant. probably a redneck

  • @tttzon Bet you couldn't get CLOSE enough to land a punch on this guy. Don't be fooled. This guys is freekishly fast. And he has an entire life's practice to put behind it.

    and what nobody1449 said.

  • i kept skipping to find the amazing part.... did i miss it?

  • @rounds28 I've also seen many young Chinese competitors do all kinds of twisty hyper-extension of their knees, but every older martial artist I've ever seen, of any race, who can still do anything effective, has great knee alignment. But if I'm wrong and somehow Chinese people can do all this stuff and we can't, it's still bad for us. It's been my experience that proper knee alignment is essential for balance and issuing power. I've never seen anyone do that twisty stuff who could issue well.

  • @rounds28 I hear you and you might be right. I have heard that Asian knees have a bit more rotational potential than Westerners. But I just can't believe that kind of twisting is good for anyone's knees. I've seen some Asian masters in my time with terrible knee alignment who do lots of this twisting stuff and I know for a fact that at least one or two lied about how much pain their knees were in as they grew older. The knees are essentially hinge joints not rotational joints. (cont.)

  • this is very beautiful, I can totally appreciate having a body like that for a vehicle from which to experience the world

  • I've been practicing and teaching T'ai-Chi for over 20 years and specialize in knee health and re-hab. In my opinion, what he is doing is impressive but incredibly bad for the knees. I do not recommend it. He'll be lucky to be able to walk when he's 40.

  • @GeneBurnett he looks older than 40. :)

  • @GeneBurnett

I've read some of your comments, I would like to hear your opinion on Mauy Tai movement in terms of knees. Mt tutor and friend is very particular about footwork and the effect it can have on knees and leg joints. Hips he tells me should do the twisiting?

  • @amorveritas The main thing is that you want your foot and knee to stay more or less lined up. The rotatory capacity of the knees is minimal. It's mainly a hinge joint. So if your knee twists your foot should turn too so that they stay aligned. If the foot stays in place but the knee twists, that's what causes trouble. You can also turn in such a way that neither the knee or the foot twists. Not as easy to write as to show. Please see my video called "Turning Without Knee Twisting".

  • @GeneBurnett

Thankyou I shall pay more attention to my knee angle :-)

  • LoL Wong Fei Huong theme!

  • looks like some advanced ba gua type deal

  • むshろおま♪(´ε`)

  • Thats wat having a small dick can accomplish =P'

  • @MinecraftLegend1000

only by tasting it before in your mouth, would you ever know !!

  • i can do this, just give me 3 years to lose 400 pounds , 10 years to learn all that kung fu shit 1 year to gain muscle and this be nothing

  • And we meet the Chineese decent of Chuck Norris.

  • 名法师是什么?

  • Nobody will beat this guy in Twister.

  • This is unreal, beautiful conditioning.

  • Thats insane ...

  • This is what I do when I leave the pub!! He is copying me trying to walk home.

  • i can do the same thing with pants like that

  • WTF is he rubber.

  • wow...

  • HIs left foot moved at 1:16... call that a master? XD jokin - i couldnt do that to save ma life.

  • such strength and flexibility!!!

  • NOT amazing

  • @IXtRISnipez bet he could take you.

  • @bobhillnon100 not by basicly half standing

  • everything in mma does work, but that's not all that works. I got 25+yrs m.a. training,& blackbelt in a hardcore jujitsu system.Of all the people Ive ever trained with the most impressive was a tai chi man. His freestyle sparring/pushhands would send you flying/falling backward 10 feet&he'd be pushing you again before you stabilized. His strikes were so powerful,I was afraid of internal organ damage. If the tai chi man in this vid can apply this, his strikes would be amzingly strong!

  • @neel35 You have an unusual girlfriend.Don't let her watch this or she'll leave you and be on her way to China. :o)

  • Amazing. Is this Master Chen Shixing ?

  • @macamackic

No, this is master Yuan Xiugang.

  • Can we get this on Wii Fit?

  • gliding like a cloud but destructive as a tsunami, amazing!

  • GAANGSTAAAA

  • this guys spine is like a spring.

  • Why people everytime say mma this and that is like mma fighter go karate tournament etc.

  • sorry but he's a tai chi master, a good one..

  • this made chuck norris walk in slow motion

  • judging by the way this guy moves, I would NOT want to fuck with this guy or get on his bad side, because if you did you'd be a tofu salad in about 30 seconds!
